I forgot to add one more important thing! Use your ex overhead punch! I can't slide through and I can't focus attack it! Tenonez would get me with it all the time!
You can do wierd stuff with Cody's Zonk knuckle, but the inputs are really awkward. e.g. Ruffian Kick, FADC, EX Zonk. But the finger placement is aaaaawkward
Psxsquall, nice games! Totally didnt expect us to be matched up on ranked... What I didn't understand, in the first Akuma vs. Akuma, how come your ultra can get me when usually it's the later one which will get the connect? Not very sure, is it the distance or timing?
GGs. i was like "who did i just play?" haha. sorry someone else challenged me. now to figure out who that was..
Good games! And yeah you can hold both. I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to upload 1 replay. Feel free to upload if you saved any!
That sounds impossible to do on an iPhone or iPod touch. The big iPad screen might allow for better finger placement. I always did wonder how epik does ex zonk after zonk.
Because for like 3 nights I run into you, you play a natch or two then go, then I see you two mins later and you only play me one roud
i dont mind. you can upload replays? you learn something new everyday. can i see the replay as well? im so confused lol
Tested it, and it seems pretty random. Looks to be timing + distance, akuma is probably not grabbing at -every- frame, it's proabbly every few frames.
You need to place your index, middle and 4th fingers on, P, K and Focus. Whilst holding Punch, do a ruffian kick, FADC and release P. Again, really awkward. Other easier, less awkward stuff would be, lvl 3 focus, EX rocks, (hold EX), standing P xx EX Zonk into w/e (EX criminal upper in corner, FADC into ultra etc). One of the things that makes Cody not as good as he is on AE (though, people would disagree!) In order to play Cody in iPhone, you need you have 2 fingers at least on the buttons
Nice to know man! Thanks for the tips, I guess i underestimated that move against Blanka until right now..even though i dont really like to fight against him maybe i should more to better know the match up. Hopefully I can train with you again sometime!
