I think it's different for every player. I always face players with 1500-2000 BPs, above and below are extremely rare.
He's an a-hole. He beat me this weekend, refused my rematch request and then rage-requested me telling me how I don't know how to play. I'll take this as my revenge. Haha.
Viper has a huge advantage on Sim. Cammy does too, but she's still fun to play against. Viper . . . not so much. Good game though.
Yea, no worries, I imagine it wasn't much fun for you. Feel free the Pre-Quit if you need to next time.
Same here. It's rare that I reach 2500 because of all the rage quitters and BS. I've said many times here before that I have a harder time with low bp people, because of the sheer unpredictability, and they kill my bp. To get to 2500 or 3000 has to be much harder than playing at that level. If it were up to me, all of my opponents would be over 2500 or 3000 bp. Dreamland
Tonight's been one of those nights for me. I'm getting killed by high BP players in ranked all night with a bunch of RQers thrown in to make sure I'm tilting. And every time I lose a close match, my rematch request gets turned down. It's resulted in dropping for a high tonight of about 2600 to about 1900 (I really thought I was done being sub 2k). But -40 just made my night. I finally beat him for the first time. I'm not sure if he was off his game or just not into it, since I have trouble with low level Blankas, nevermind beast Blankas like him. I wanted to run away with my win and his BPs, but I felt obligated to give him his rematch to get his revenge (why do so many people run after a win?). I think it's fair to say that he got his revenge. No disrespect to -40 meant, but here's my prize for a night of grinding TPs: http://sf4iv-en.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20120220_00430244_332_E5B5D023_rpdata&d=
I have to say u r a decent player, I just hate so much ppl won and left. EDIT: I still remember I fought a ryu player in ranked match, he ranked no.1 on french server(later I found out), name is Ny.. something. I won the first set and left, sent a msg to him to say I'm sorry because at that time i reset my bp and felt unfair to him. He sent me a friendly match request and we went on a few matches more. Later I said i had to left, sorry about that, fought u later. He just ignored my msg and still kept sending requests, until he won more games than I won him then he left. He must be really mad at that time I think.
Was it in ranked? Nevermind, if you guys say he is legit then I have to apologize for quitting on him at the versus screen. On a side note: thanks -40 for the matches, the third match woke me up and forced me to stop playing half ass (I tend to do that after playing a bunch of scrubs). Can I also say I hate your f-Ing cross ups!
Yeah. That's Nyak. Kinda arrogant and HATES LOSING. Hahaha. He's probably the 2nd best Ryu player after NYC Chinatown. Good job beating him.
Thank you! One of these days I'll beat your Sagat and it'll be the same kind of confidence boost. With regard to people leaving after a win, it is very annoying. But getting matched up with them again immediately after can make for great revenge.I got beat by a Sagat earlier tonight and was kicking myself for letting it slip away. He declined a rematch but we got matched up again 4 more times in a row. I took 3 straight and he left before the 4th.
I hope we didn't get 1 more Sagat hater In all kinds of games arrogant guys always won more because they take everything very serious.
