Yes he's a notorious quitter. I posted a screen capture awhile back. I also didn't think he was very good at all.

I actually love RQers. I loose nothing and I get the satisfaction of sending them into raging hell. Not as bad as I thought
I would decline the match. Sorry, but if I ever managed to beat you, you'd just quit on me to keep your precious BPs and ranking. Why would I put myself through that? It's a shame to see good players become obsessed with BPs.
Jibba. I would play him and just because he is a really good Guile, you would get practice. You would only lose 1 or 2 BP too cause of his insane BP right now. I play him and lose to him but I don't lost all that much. He also doesn't quit on me when once in a blue moon I get lucky and beat him. To me the practice against a great Guile is worth the play
Ok so I just reformated my phone yesterday so all my data was erased. The game still remembers I'm D4 but I cant watch or download any replays. I can upload just fine but when i try to download some it says there are no replays available and ask me to join the battle network? Anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix?
I dunno, I kinda like the idea of him locked in an epic struggle with only other ragequitters, never being able to gain another single precious bp, with all legitimate players spurning him at the vs screen. There are other great guiles out there to play. At the end of the day, the community has to decide who and what it will tolerate. PV hasn't ragequit on me, so this is more directed at ragequitters in general.
I understand where you are coming from. To me, he is one of the top 2 and only those 2 give me serious issues I cant resolve so it's worth playing him. Just giving the other side of the coin.
