Wow. You handle Cammy like a boss. The thing is, I don't know if I CAN give you any criticism. I've watched a few of your replays, and probably the only thing that I can say is that Guile's whiffed Flash Kick has TONS of recovery once he falls onto the ground. Even more than Yun's Nishokyaku. You could have a Guile Flash Kick in the training room and observe it. Of course, you probably know this, but eh...
Well... what exactly are you trying to do? If you ever reinstall SF be able to put your challenge data back in? Itunes does a good job of backing up app data when done correctly. If you must know the files... some google searching may help. Just know, you will need a hex editor... the offesets are also on google so you can actaully figure out what your looking at, and make changes if necessary... lol With regards to rushdown Guile, play SLRC.... that dude can rush down like a ####ing beast
Thanks for the compliments Heif. Its like we grew up together when we began playing. I think we both made strides in the given times BTW, I can't beat Cyrus. I played him like 15 times and only took 1 game. I don't have many issues with other Geifs though. Jepa's Cammy is above average but nothing like Redtigers. His Honda is a totally different story though...he beats me up with that scary Honda of his
Why all people having problems with blanka matchups? I think, playing against blanka are the easiest games. Like 75% of the match you need 'crouching heavy punch' and the normal heavy punch sitting. Try it. Goodluck!
Challenge SLRC. You will get the fear of Guile in you real quick. PV is also great but SLRC is S tier to me...the likes of TenOneZ, Squall, and Cyrus.
Oh, I've fought slrc in ranked before. Only one or two matches, but he was Guile was... to say the least, Guile-like.
Docta, Blanka is widely considered one of the best, if not THE best, turtle in SF4. He can sit on a lifelead and run out a timer like no one else, and his mid-range punishes are brutal. Volt is a different story entirely, but if you don't see the turtle synergy of his moves on console I suggest another look and that you re-evaluate your.criteria.
lol yeah. Cyrus is really really good. He gets me more then I get him for sure, but I still love the fights because it is always close and comes down to whether I make a mistake or not, because Cyrus never makes mistakes haha. I was just looking at some replays, its hillarious how some people beat me 5 times and post the replays, but out of the 20 set match I won the other 15.... haha whatever makes them feel better
some of the higher lvl blankas have hit me once, and continue with the walk backwards tactic, which is frustrating and sometimes hard to crack... but they will #### up... and the turtle matches are annoying, but when you have a blanka being that defensive, all you have to do is take life lead and play their game, walk backwords, make them come to you, focus that stupid slide punch and punish... they are usually very predictible when they start turtling..
Speaking of Cyrus we need to find a better time to play than lunch! Where would you like to finish our set?
Good games, wediafom! Sorry about getting a bit spammy with my Cammy. What happened to cause the disconnect in the third match? Sort of surprised me, seeing as it was so early in the game.
Surprise surprise..... I finaly played Felix. GGs bro, your cammy isn't scrabby after all sorry I had to go, something needs my imediate attention. Edit: sheep (courtesy of Felix), I reached 666 posts. Is that a bad luck?
I'm officially voting Ken for the Volt Noob's Choice award. He's strong, has simple combos, easily links into Ultras and Supers, and they learn to be tricky with him with great ease (e.g. exploiting the jumping hurricane kicks). What really makes him The Noob's Character is the fact that hardly anybody with real skill on Volt uses him. I'm actually very convinced that he's 10x more dangerous in the hands of a noob than he is with somebody who knows what they're doing. That's my vote.
I think most of the replays that other people put up is me playing badly vs. a systemic way to beat me. I lose consistently to great players like SLRC and TenOneZ...i will post up a video of them crushing me one day and let you know. BTW, executing like those players seems like such a cinch because they make it look so easy. Trying it is a totally different story. Holy cow they are GREAT.
Oh for sure ken is the scrubs choice. When I actually play a good ken, it takes me like 2 matches to adjust because I'm just waiting for random uppercuts and ultras.
It's hilarious when your opponent is using Fei Long, and they follow up a FADC'd Flame Kick with another Flame Kick.
