Only with Cammy. I'm cool with all the other chars. I don't have any problems with Guile - I simply said feel he's by far the easiest to use and do well with and I stand by it. [BTW I use Blanka a mere 32% of the time. Less than 1/3, so I don't know how applicable "maining" Blanka is to me] Regarding Guile, it's like WoW. Anyone ever play oldschool WoW? When you could tell a player was "bad" because they'd use the mega-inefficient "S" key (walk backwards) when you ganked them, instead of using mouse turn? That's Guile. He's walking backwards like a bad paladin, or a day 1 Hunter. It works for him, and kudos, but at the end of the day he's choking back on the stick and spamming perhaps the safest move in the game, and you don't really GET to see what the player behind the char can do, because that same strat works so well against so much of the cast that there's no need to really get technical or strategic.
I don't know what team he's on. I requested a game with him 2x yesterday but he declined immediately. After than last session, maybe he doesn't like me anymore
hehe. I get my fair share but i have an easy way to shut them up. I tell them they suck like sh!t and to stop boring the eff out of me by playing like that. I don't usually get a response back for that

The response back is usually eff you. haha. Once though, i was called out for being a BP faker. I was watching kids and playing SF at the same time. I don't play the same when that happens...i really kinda suck but I don't care. Just goofing around and having fun but this person literally said "how the hell do you have BP like that and play like. Your a cheater and fraud" I actually apologized and said I would do better next time I'm considering taking my BP down on purpose in my KaChigga account by using other characters then when it gets sufficiently low, I will start using Cammy again.

haha yeah, those random lag spikes the first time were awful! Without lag my Bison is really good, the lag really screws up my charges and timing though :/
Like what kind of weird shit? Since AppBackup doesn't work anymore, physically copying game saves is the only way I can really preserve this stuff. I don't understand how a character like Blanka can be considered "defensive." He's got a lot of quick and dirty moves that are meant to confuse the opponent and chip away life quickly. Spacing is one thing, but I'd almost go so far as to say playing Blanka too defensively is misusing the talents he DOES have. He doesn't have any safe long range options and he can't really control space as effectively as other characters (especially not in Volt) because he has to put himself at risk to do so, unlike a Shoto or Guile. Simply holding back and mashing SP isn't going to win you games, and if it does, I'd argue you're not playing very good players. Ryu, Akuma, Ken, and Sagat can absolutely win games using Fireball+Uppercut. It happens all the time online. I can't tell you how many replays I've seen where people just do the same thing over and over again and get wins. SF4 is mainly about zoning and space control, and Guile happens to be decent at it. It's what he's ALWAYS been about. And as far as switching, I think you're trying to turn Blanka into something he's not, rather than adapting a new style that may actually make your Adon play even that much better. Just an observation though. I'd like to see you play some of the higher level players here with Guile using the strategy you've outlined and win. Save and post the replays so we can see them. Again, I think you're trying to turn Guile into something he's not. He's ALWAYS played more defensively and always will. He can rushdown a bit, but not as effectively as other characters. And you could be talking about ANY character in SF4 with the bolded statement. The very engine this game rests on punishes going too far outside the basic BnB area of each character.
Tell me what you think about the matchups considering you use Cammy now. Let me know what you see in my play and how I can improve...always willing to hear criticism.
Right now, I can only say one thing for certain. And that is that most Zangiefs are way easy now. Of course, cyrus would probably SPD my Cammy a million times over without much effort.
Hey Apprunner, thanks for the top tier comment... appreciated... I have worked hard to be a great bison and not just a good one.. you always say your not very good, and you may have your bad matchups, but you are one of the best cammy players... the best I personally have ever encountered to be exact I wish I saved the replays with redtiger, you are totally right, that guy knows how to place the "random" or "reckless" moves at just the right time. I am proud of any mid level skilled cammy match that I can win with Bison.. it is very difficult when they know what they are doing. I just posted up a replay I saved against Jepa, pretty good fight. Also, I think maybe that Korean bison you were talking about I put up as well? Not sure, but we went twice and they were good fights.. I am pretty sure he switched to Sagat after and beat me by that dreaded uppercut, kick, ultra... hate that shit. Also put up a replay of me and Cyrus from the other morning... I always like fights with Cyrus, so fun and exciting and fast paced, you slip up for one moment and hes got his ultra on you.
