Thanks, but I'm probably nowhere near as good as DROQQA is with his Sakura now. I remember when I complained about Sakura not getting her first Ultra... no more.

I've got a nice new reset thingie for Sakura. The Sakura Master (DROQQA) probably knows about this already, though.

Focus Attack Lvl2/3 - Back Dash - Forward Dash - Cr. HP - Shunpukyaku - Throw. It looks very smooth, too.
Level 2 = 310 Damage and 386 Stun
Level 3 = 360 Damage and 436 Stun

 

So I was minding my own business trolling kiddies with Dhalsim when all of a sudden a wild Nullroar appeared he put end to my trolling and proceeded to whoop me with a number if characters.

But first this needs to be addressed....YOU CANT EVEN SINGLE REKKA CHUN-LI WITHOUT EATING A PUNISH!?!?

 

I've seen you write this before. What is the difference between this and just foward dash after focus?

The reason why I list this is because then it's not so easily telegraphed to a lesser opponent.

Pretty sure that ex flurry kick of hers has a time travel component and actually starts up a few frames before you do the input.

Good games though! You rocked my Akuma pretty hard!

 

I think the other element is for timing -- it's intended to catch the opponent as they're falling down, where they'll back-flip on the first hit, rather than stay grounded.

The shunpukyaku is meant to whiff? I'm not sure I get this one fully.

Yea, it's a fake-out reset to get to the toss, hence the backdash-forwarddash timing.

 

My fav Sakura reset right now is this corner combo:

after an EX tatsu, juggle with LVL2 focus, juggle with cr. p [reset] jump toward kick (it crosses up)
