But Vega's anti-air is decent. Dive-kicks only work sometimes... I think its a bad matchup for Cammy cause Vega is just as fast.
Some of these guys in friendlies are so lame. Beat their E. Honda repeatedly with Zangief, and they pick Sagat and spam you out. And then leave you hanging on the rematch screen. Freaking fantastic, they are. The best type of human.
Howare we supposed to know whos leading for each character? Oh and is it just me or did do something to make the ragequitters loose BP? I had a guy quit pn me only for him me matchup with him again but he had 300 BP less. Also a Bison player with 1000 wins and 700 losses only had 50 BP, hes definately milking this new feature to give himself an advantage in the character tournament.

Classic rage quitters (home button) have been loosing BP since the first update, although not consistently enough. It's been tweaked along the way so I'm not sure what the deal is now but it seems to be less effective than in the past. Rage quitters that pull their modem plug rather than hitting the home button avoid the penalty altogether, even though their behavior is even more pathetic and reprehensible (not to mention, doesn't it take a couple minutes for the modem to get back up and running?).
Hmm so for the tourney, it sounds like it'll be different characters that are eligible for Event Points (EP) each week. Anyone figure out which characters are for this week yet? Does the Japanese server say which characters are up? Got 5TP for a C.Viper victory over Honda.
Only thing I know is that I have been gaining a few TPs per fight and have been using Guile exclusively..
Focus attack resets are actually really useful with Sakura, because I frequently stun an opponent after a long combo and the damage scaling is super high.

Looking at the French website, it looks like you register for individual characters under the event section. Right now they are doing bison, chun li, and ryu. Those will last a week then on to new characters
Im getting EP for Fei right now. I guess just win a match with your character and see id you gain any EP, that should confirm if your chatacter is in or not. Though I dont know why you would start something like this without an official list first...oh capcom, your so silly.

so I reinstalled VOLT and by 4k BP is gone.... the funny thing is, now that I have no BP I am fighting all these scrubs. OMG!!! I can not beleive how awful these low lvl matches are... on the plus side, I have been getting perfects left and right hahahahahha I just fought an Akuma and his comment said "will rematch" I focused every regular fire ball he through until I had a sliver of life left, destryoed him, next round got perfect, he rage quit... guess no rematch? LOL these low lvl battles are humorous... Edit: I have also noticed, out of 7 matches I have gotten 6 good matches, apparently the low lvl people like seeing someone who knows what they are doing?
Interesting. Maybe it's to encourage people to play a bigger variety of characters in ranked? They really need to give us more information though, especially if this is the case.
