Sorry if I'm not being clear. That's not what I mean. In training mode, set player 1 as whoever. Set player two as bison and record the combo. Play it back, and as player one, let yourself get hit by the first part of it, quick rise and hold back. It didn't cross me up.
But I've mentioned St. P x2 - Cr. P before... Oh, and I got a new Yun combo that's legit. You Hou - EX Tetsuzanko - FADC - Dash - EX Nishokyaku (586 Damage - Somethingorother Stun)
Is this for the console version? In Volt, I can't get Makoto to dash under after the lk reset in the second combo.
Clearly we really need to get that wiki site up .. Is that the best use of the Ultra + full meter for Yun? or is that just situation, i.e. only when you connect w the Ultra, and just haaaappen to have a full meter?
I know EXACTLY what you mean! I used to keep replays as collateral in case they upload a game where they win when we know that they got bodied in 5+ games. Yea, I read it wrong. I was just skimming past posts and didn't really pay attention to what you typed. It's working just fine for me: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel First time, holding back after wakeup -> eat damage Second time, nothing. Third time, holding forward after wakeup -> block Fourth time, neutral and letting autoblock do the work -> block Recording moves for the dummy is iffy sometimes. There are times when it doesn't do the move when it's supposed and it ends up doing moves 2-3 frames late. Does anyone know how to get a free wiki page going?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_wiki_farms I've used a Wikia page before, and it was pretty easy to update. I wasn't the one who created it though, just updated one of the pages.
Don't take it so bad. It happens. I have like 2 pages of people that uploaded their wins on me, prob more. I've uploaded some replays too. Treat it like this, if it's such an achievement for that person to put up their only win against you in a set, let them. Replays also don't show lag and that's something people can't see in some replays. When your timing was off because of lag, the viewer of the replay only sees a smooth playing game with a dropped combo. Replays of you losing don't determine the kind of player you are, because you have good and bad days. Only you determine that. If people think you're an easy win from a match you lost, let them. That way when you come across them, body them, and they ragequit, they'll think twice. At first, I was kinda ticked when I saw uploads of me losing in matches, then I thought it as an achievement for them and I upload replays of me winning so I don't have a reason to be ticked about it. A person always want to save a replay of themselves beating a player people, and themselves, consider good and upload it for bragging rights. That's why the feature is there and it means no harm. Everyone has free reign to upload what they please.
Good games! Yeah, my vega is all about 'how NOT allow opposites to play their game.' =my game all time! So I totally understand your frustration, though. Probably the reason why I get all the quits in friendly as well as ranked. lol Your Yun is now much more aggressive, I could see you putting great effort on him! The last few matches you were playing ken, he is good as well! somehow there was more lag after we switched characters though, I think you did fine!
Holy crap! Just searched to see if any replays of me were up under KaChigga and every single replay was of me losing AFter the replay tourney ended, I just gave up uploading so all the matches people have been putting up is of me losing. They must think I'm a chronic loser
Seems like you are posting some combos. Here are ones made by me, I don't know if anyone already know them. Sagat: (On corner) Air kick, cr. medium kick, Tiger Uppercut, FADC (backwards), EX High Tiger Shot, Ultra. 641 damage - 600 stun. Guile: Air punch, cr. light punch, st. medium punch, Flash Kick, FADC, Guile high kick. 384 damage - 590 stun. (While the opponent is waking up) Sonic Boom, air punch, st. medium punch, Sonic Boom, sweep.330 damage- 435 stun. Cody: Focus Attack, EX Bad Stone, EX Criminal Upper. 372 damage - 521 stun. Focus Attack, EX Bad Stone, crack kick, EX Criminal Upper. 403 damage - 608 stun. Focus Attack, EX Bad Stone, st. hard punch, Ruffian Kick, FADC, Ultra. 582 damage - 560 stun.
Ooh I see. So we could create it here? http://www.wikia.com/Special:CreateNewWiki?uselang=en If we're making one, what should our wiki address be? And the cross up combo with Bison, it's highly susceptible to SRK/Super/Ultra so be wary when using it. It's possible to not make it a cross up too by taking a tiny step back (needs to be VERY precise if you want to be safe from SRK) before throwing out the second psycho crusher.
Hey Finix -- good fights.....the lag was too much for me I couldnt take it anymore. It messed up half my charges. I was suprised to pull that last round out.. you had me on my toes
But good players know, that the players who's been uploaded them loosing, are actually better so I think it is good to be uploaded loosing matches IMO. Nothing better than being uploaded the ones you winning by someone else though!
You're totally correct, but it's easier to brush it off when you're a beast. Haha. I know it's foolish to let stuff like that get to me though. I guess it does moreso when I hit a rough patch, which happens to the best of us. Thanks for the pep talk brother.
Yeah, the lag was pretty bad after the first match (it wasn't "great" from the beginning though). Again I couldn't block stomp lol Good games anyway! Hope we play soon again when my family is not fiddling the Mac upstairs...
Alright then. A combo-off it is! Here are some of my favorites. Please note that not all of them are meant to be used in battle; some are just there for stylish reasons. Yun: Raigeki Shuu - Cr. LK x2 - TC 1 - Nishokyaku (236 Damage - 375 Stun) Cr. LK x2 - St. LP - Sweep (120 Damage - 210 Stun) Zenpou Tenshin - Cl. St. MK - Raigeki Shuu - Dash - Zenpou Tenshin - Cr. MP - Nishokyaku (330 Damage - 480 Stun - Reset) Kobokushi - EX Nishokyaku - You Hou (600 Damage - 450 Stun - Corner) Zenpou Tenshin - Cl. St. MK - EX Tetsuzanko - FADC - You Hou (415 Damage - 230 Stun) Dee Jay: Focus Attack Lvl 3 x2 - Jackknife Maximum (316 Damage - 430 Stun - Corner) Ryu: J. K - St. P - Hadoken - FADC - Dash - St. P - EX Tatsumaki Senpukyaku - EX Shoryuken (524 Damage - 836 Stun - Corner) J. K - St. P - Hadoken - FADC - Dash - St. P - EX Tatsumaki Senpukyaku - EX Hadoken - Metsu Hadoken (589 Damage - 786 Stun - Corner)
I like the one in bold. Who wants to take the initiative? Here's a video doing a tiny stepback: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel First time, autoblock > psycho crusher Second time, SRK < psycho crusher Third time, nothing. Fourth time, Super > psycho crusher Fifth time, nothing. Sixth time, Ultra < psycho crusher (?) Only 1 hit from the Ultra... If it's not spaced correctly, it's like sending out an unsafe psycho crusher and SRK will beat it.
