Use more when you have to escape/counter would make a difference IMO We're both quite aggressive players, thus I had some oppotunities to record exciting matches !! @Fenix and Hief - I just watched the latest replay from you two, where it went down to the wire and ultras were being thrown like every 2 seconds AWESOME stuff. Picked up a lot of new tech for my claw.

I saw one of my fights uploaded with a 900 BP player who kicked my a$$. He didn't give me a rematch and uploaded the fight. Hehe. Everyone has off days.
Good games Jibba. I think that's the first time I've played against you, at least from what I remember. That teleporting had me so confused and I've never seen such good use of yoga spear before.

Oh I haven't got the replays I don't think, and they weren't that good matches because of the lag I remember. Edit: jiiniior is still awesome!! But it was a bit tough to upload him missing so many combos so I didn't record, I think. There are even more replays up btw, I picked ONLY exciting matches to upload, I try hard to keep the uploaded replays as entertaining as possible. Thanks for watching!
I can't remember playing you but not sure. My strategy with Vipers has always been about teleporting behind her. It has never really worked all that well though because it was one-dimensional and because I end up taking a lot of thunder knuckles. I recently have been using the spear a lot and that was one of the first times I really pushed it against a Viper. I've also been getting a lot better linking the spear or a jump punch into super and/or ultra. I don't think it's a combo but catches people very off guard. I really enjoyed the games though. You have an awesome Viper.
FENIX, how did you, in the second match with Heif, do the cross-up ex sky claw? [it's near the end of the match]. Also, btw - Did you folks know that guile can combo into his ultra via a jump in? Pretty sure it's like a 1 or 2 frame link, but it's doable with a jump in punch or kick --> ultra. EDIT: Gah, it's even worse. He can actually sonic boom + jump in punch + ultra.
Yea, I think I whiffed more than a few thunder knuckles thinking you were going to teleport behind or right in front of me. I've actually never seen any other Sim players use the spear but I see it can be really effective, especially if you're not expecting it. Definitely the trickiest Sim I've seen. I don't mind the replays and I sent you a GC request.
Yeah me too, I used to always just show the fights where I owned hard, but Its better when the matches are tight and cut close til the end.. Good playing man! Also: There is one crazy combo i wouldve never thought of I seen Jiiniior pull off at the end of a fight vs a Ken.. It was a CosmicHeel>ScarletTerror into Rolling Izuna Drop in the corner... awesome set up! I can pull this off in training mode maybe 3/5 times, its a tough one.
Absolutely possible. Just did it. Both with and without the sonic boom. It's ridiculous. To make it easier, try timing the jump-in punch to hit as high-up on your enemy as possible, and in the latest possible active frames.
Hey thats pretty slick. Did they change his charge times after this last update? I dont think this could happen before.. You can also jab,jab,jab, into double flash, but why save the meter.
If you land sonic boom -> jump in punch --> ultra you wind up with an 11-hit, 511-damage combo. If you just do jump in, you have a 10-hit, 502 damage combo. BACK TO THE LAB!
