I also noticed this, even selecting more skills would get Me lower BP fights... I stick with any because it seems the only way to get a higher BP fight

We played one match earlier today. Your Viper beat my Dhalsim in 3 rounds. It's a horrible matchup for Dhalsim and I can always use practice against her. Add me I GC and we can run it back some time. I'm out and have no wifi at the moment. GG and welcome to the forum.
I'm doing Uni shits ATM, anyone want to save me from this nightmare please nag me on volt. I really enjoy playing against people here, not the random players who even quit friendly and waste my time and energy EDIT : I main Vega. I can use Ryu as well, and practicing Akuma, Yun, Makoto.
Ken Ken, that was a hilarious match. Obviously the lag was really brutal, but I saved the match anyway to see how it looks in real time. I actually thought I was going to pull it out too. All I had to do toward the end was back dash and fireball into your block to get that extra smidge, and I ended up back dashing twice because I didn't think it registered at first. When the time ran I really had no clue what would happen and cracked up when we both dropped. We'll see if I can stay that competitive if we ever get another good connection.
Viper is a hard match-up for Dhalsim on AE and even harder on Volt. Try anticipate flame kicks and the big jumps - slide under them
