Please do! We'd love to have you! Ah dang! I've got a buddy who has a 360 but I dont think he has XBL and I know he doesn't have 3SO. I'm thinking about getting my hRAP triple modded though so I can use it with a PS2 and 360 as well. I agree with you about Fei. He seems pretty solid, has a decent SRK, and some great punishes. I don't think Cammy should be that high up though, I'd say she's B tier at best.

What options does Bison have against a fireball spamming Ryu other than to burn meter or hope he can hit him with a headstomp? Zoners can be a real tough matchup for Bison unless he's got his FA or Teleport shenanigans down or enough meter for a few EX moves. Viper has good moves but against a solid Ryu, she'll probably trade a lot of fireball/Hurricane hits trying to use Seismo and she doesn't take damage very well. She's much like Akuma in that she can pile up big damage quickly but that's because she doesn't have the stamina to keep at a long fight. Ryu's still got more options as far as zoning her out, comboing for big damage, and his SRK can take out Burning Kick if he times it right. She's definitely scary if she gets in but even Sakura and Cody have options in terms of being able to keep her out. She just doesn't have the tools to be truly competitive in this game unfortunately. :/ I think the mistake you're making here is confusing the quality of the players with the quality of the character. There are plenty of crummy players who use Sagat but he's still top tier. Blanka has no reliable anti-air moves, his Ultra is extremely situational, he does decent but not incredible damage, and he doesn't seem to have any genuine strategies for getting in on a character that don't involve randomness (but this is based on my limited playtime with him in this game and based on my experiences facing him). Ken on the other hand, has a great Ultra, a decent projectile, fast normals and specials, a good SRK, and plenty of options for dealing with pressure and dealing big damage. As far as I can tell, it's no contest who's the better character. But with that said, I'd definitely say he's behind Sagat, Akuma, and Ryu but above Sakura in terms of a Shoto tierlist.
In my opinion~ Makoto and Yun gonna be the beast in the low tier if they are in good hand. Talk about matchups, in my opinion is very tough to beat Viper and Blanka. As their move set totally win Makoto (Sad ) Example: Blanka stay gound do electric shock and there is only two way to hit him, crouch sweep punch and front punch, and will have a risk to trade and Makoto will get more damage trade. Play as Makoto gonna study hard and understand how other character move work.

Yeah you get the most damage by using as many palms as you can, but i dont know whats best if youre not in the corner. Man that zonk knuckle is annoying
