Fixed. And me too. I can run even with nullroar, ivwshane, droqqa, vaceotyn, fffan and some other good players from TA, but i lose to scrubby ryus pretty often. But squall, tenonez and yyojjo straight up body me.
It might not trade if you do it super late, but im not sure. Yuns upkicks are terrible as a reversal/anti air, today i traded with a sagats low kick, thats ridiculous.

Ahh Viper is with Sagat!! lol But I personally think all the character has some advantages on certain characters... This tier list is for Cammy? For Viper, Fei Long and Zangief is SSS (Yun and Makoto maybe low tier, but Cody is actually very good and hard to win) For example, it is like Viper > Dhalsim > Zangief > Viper.. there is no absolute tier list I guess... it is all depends on characters
Do you think sagat or viper should be lower? A tier list is an overall representation of which character is overall the best. For example akuma is an all round better character than blanka, but blanka is a hard matchup for akuma. Everyone has bad matchups except arguably sagat. Fei long and Zangief S tier? Fei long is solid but he isnt really that amazing, sagat and akuma are really hard matchups for him, dhalsim isnt that bad anymore. Zangief is really good too, but he has too many really bad matchups, dhalsim, akuma, sagat and apparently dee jay give him tons of trouble. Cody is weird. Ive always seen him as being terrible but there is a cody in the japanese top 10 and both you and voloster think hes good, Id like to be proven wrong but he just seems weak or average in every area. Anyone else want to make a tier list? Just scrap together some thoughts maybe? Edit: Ok i read some of your post wrong, the part about fei and zangief being s tier. Tier lists are like i said, a general idea of who the best OVERALL character is. If this tier list was for cammy it would be A+Guile, Zangief B Everyone else D Dhalsim
I got what you mean and good point... but tier list is usually subjective matter. In terms of "easy of use" (that is why widely used) I agree Akuma and Sagat is high tier characters, but easy to use does not mean easy to win after certain level. The true power of character, we don't really know until we meet someone break the preconception. I also though Fei Long is low tier until I met one guy in the ranked match... it was like night mare for me lol. Less than 30% of winning rate. After that I could understand why Latif had so much trouble to Fuudo. For me Fei Long is SSS tier after that point. For Blanka I think -40'c does not have much issue with most of Akuma users... I mean some people knows how to pull the limit of Character, then where should put the standard? Some Akuma user may say Blanka is high tier after they have match with -40'c... Can we say it is high tier or low tier? Poongko's Seth is insane, but I cannot say Seth is good... his HP sucks.. (Same to Akuma) My whole point is it is all depends on where we put the standard - easy of use? (means generally used) or based on best users? But Makoto and Yun, unfortunately, touch control is already huge disadvantage for them. SP does not help much, so I agree they are low tier... though I know some people good at them...

I wanted to save that one too but I was too late and went past the screen where we can save replays. It just looks so good when they fadc though! I see too many akumas making this mistake though. When I used to main him, I would wait for the 3 hits, fadc, then red fireball. If you're talking about the cammy with 5 Chinese characters, I got whooped by him. I wasn't sure about his record but I guess your intuitions are right about him ragequitting; he's just as scary as you though. Hahahahaha. The previous tournament went smoother since our timezones didn't differ that much and it was easier to schedule matches. This time, lots of matches had 8+ hrs of time difference leading to scheduling problems. If you were handling this, lots of matches would end up with disqualification with people never playing each other and what would the point of that be... There's no denying that you are better now. I always fear your blanka, I'm sure it's way tougher to win, even though I've lost all the most recent matches against him haha. We'll have some matches when I get back. If that's bot enough, I'll be sure that we get matched up early in a tournament for the added pressure. It sure was a different feel fighting against shoryutofu in the tournament as opposed to friendlies. The excuses will never end. Wow. A 40 match session... I think the most I've had was against squall2002 with 20 matches where I went 3-17... "the victory belongs to him" regardless of the situation. Are you being serious? I hope you don't say you love playing the other members in clan tinhte then. And I know that you are aware that you act like an arrogant person when you post here. Seth is top tier in 2012 for sure, lots of conversation about that but general consensus is he is A or A+. Its not based on ease of use or best users, its how good the character is overall. Blanka may be annoying and hard for akuma players, but overall he isnt that great. Take akuma for example. He beats some characters really really badly, like zangief, chun li, guile and honda, as well as beating almost everyone else not quite as badly. On the flip side, his only bad matchups are (imo) viper, bison and blanka. A few like cammy and sagat are pretty much even. So he's top tier because he does well against way more characters than he does badly against, and no matches are unwinnable for him. Then theres cammy. The matches she wins (again imo) are viper, dhalsim, abel, sakura and makoto. Most of her other matches are pretty close to even but she loses badly to ryu, zangief, guile,balrog, fei and dee jay. So shes lower than average tier because she has some almost unwinnable matches while not really dominating anybody besides dhalsim. So I guess what we judge tier lists on is as you put it, 'true power'. Again like you said, these can change because new tech can be discovered, as well as balance changes (like with dhalsim who dropped a long way). When the game came out everybdoy thought akuma was the best by far.
That won't happen. He cares a lot the game, it's ok for me. But to me he's banned, not fun to play with a rage quitter (regardless his attituted with other players). Let the victory belongs to him. And the BP's, the top 1 rank and the title of 'Best Guile/Player'. At least for me, those are things that I'm not looking for.

Sorry to sound desperate haha, but what is the tier list from your point of view? Lets try and make an official tier list, forget the matchup chart though, thats too much work. Edit: This is at everyone, you too police if you want. If a few of us all put a tier list up we can average it out and make one that represents everyones views, not just mine lol
Hes travelling for two weeks, and im pretty sure were doing a team tournament next, might want to find some people who dont hate you for your team (jks)
