Of course, Cammy's your main. I can do pretty good vs Sagat alot of times as long as Im close or medium range. Close, I have a chance to grab after a failed knee, and medium I will poke with that short uppercut and try to link to an SB and go from there.. Cammy is tough though, hate her priority.
That matchup is free for guile. Walk back sonic boom all day. If she jumps then towards+kick, low hard punch or flash kick. Otherwise, whats she gonna do, random ex spiral arrow? The worst part is with characters like ryu and sagat I can do safe divekick pressure after a knockdown, then go for throw mixups, thats like 60% of my gameplan. You cant do that on guile because of the angle flashkick hits at, sooooo annoying.
Never set up a training drill with her. I have with Giefs cross up body splashes though the other day. You mentioned a bunch of posts back that Fierce Uppercut beats that and i was skeptical. It does! Ive been owning that move now on ranked and find it works pretty good against Sumo too...I wont allow him close[most times]...I wont get ass dropped!
Yup... Most high BP players just hate to lose against low BP players. It is funny, because I like to play against Sagat, even good ones. With Akuma it's a challenge, since most of them just go back and throw fireballs/air fireballs. I don't like to take a full defensive position, but with Cammy it is hard for me to be more offensive. With most characters I try to make a balanced gameplay. Anyway... the skills of the player still count for making a comfortable gameplay for me.
I found more effective that move against Zangief. I used to use the standing punch... I could trade damage, but that was better than get trapped in the Zangief's style. Anyway... I still use the standing punch in some situations. And still works.
You mean the -> P Backfist? or down-forward Uppercut? Ive only used it by accident before, but these days i try to work it in at the right time if im just moving around using normals.... Hey lets fight man! I know I'll get wrecked...

I didnt mean just guile players, just that it seems like every 2nd guile player is like 'akuma=i quit'. I actually picked up cammy because of a bison player who said 'cammy is for girls'. I played abel back then and lost to him, rematched with cammy and won. Put some time into her and she really suited me.
Same here. Two ranked dropouts because of Shitty connections and the third one, you guessed it, I ragequitted. Not that I am proud of it, but I got so frustrated like Ivshane said, buttons failed me.

GGs drogba, probably not the best idea to do uppercut fadc uppercut with akuma though, I think it does the same damage if you just let all 3 hits of the uppercut hit.
Sorry man, I couldn't believe it it happened. Right before you finished me off, I got an invite from snooper (a banner ) right before I can press the ultra, the invite popped out. Very unfortunate and embarrassing I guess. Anyway, you have a very good Guile, keep it up

Recently, I've used either Akuma or Sagat to see what my opponent's playing style is like in the first match. Then I keep playing whoever I was playing, or switch to Yun. : D
