I'm gonna restore phone and start new profile. @ snooper, when u started fresh how did you get battle page to recognize new profile. Did u alter name? Did you restore from backup? Any help would be great. Did you have to leave team then rejoin???

Now that you mention it, it's very unfair that non-charge characters can mash on the Ultra button until there's a gap in the block-string, but charge characters lose their charge if they do that.
(Although I've used that to exploit some ppl by purposely leaving a gap in blockstrings and GTFOut of the way)

I actually think it's more unfair that characters like Dee Jay and Guile can do their flash kicks/air slashes from a crouching position with ever having to stand up, and most unfair that SPDs are as easy as u+SP. There's a reason moves like that and ultras are built around double quarter circle motions, 360s and 720s and two-second charges.

    Hey Nullroar
It's nice to get a reply from you. Are you german or are you just living temporary in Germany? Yeah, the weather over here pretty much sucks! I bet Cologne isn't prettier than Munich right now!;)

Played some guy at 0 bp named "SFV KING" [he couldn't even get the version right, unless he meant Volt]

He was happy to take my bp when I lost. But when he lost, he rage quit.

Seriously. I would have gotten 1 bp.

    Don't bother playing him.

Ugh... I felt like a demi-god with Yun temporarily, but now I'm on a losing streak to horrible spammers and quitters... dang... and, like DROQQA, I'm ragequitting. A lot more than I used to. 3 times, within 20 matches... and having "toucharcade.com" in my sig doesn't help the sites reputation. Blegh, I'm going to restart...

What is 600 Microsoft points equivalent to? Sale going on for Third Strike....man, i wish a proper multiplayer version of this would hit Steam or something, that would give me a reason to buy a PS3 controller.

Thats a good price. I wonder if there are enough challengers playing the PC version...I kind of doubt it.

I bet there are. There were quite a few people raging about how AE 2012 isn't out on the PC yet. 2012 should come in the first quarter of next year, apparently.

Is it possible to join Team TouchArcade in the near future or are there any requirements to join?

Hmm, wow, Im starting to feel anxious. I should get this, I bet my laptop can handle it...I just got a core i3 but with stock Intel graphics, I dont know actually...

I dont care about the 2012 edition, Im sure everything it has is well worth twenty bucks, Capcom can have my money.

Unfortunately, I bought SSFIV:AE for the PC, and my PC can't run it. Well, it can, but at the speed of 12 FPS. :(

    Greetings, players.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for how you guys recieve me in the forum. I wasn't sure if start to post some messages here, since a couple said that 'people at the top of the ranking have no skills' and 'that slrc91 don't face true players'.

With this new update things changed: people started giving to BP's more importance and with that, people started to make an extra effort on ranked matches. This is not all bad, since this make the game a little more competitive. The problem is when players do unfair stuff to keep the points (like unplug the modem, create altered accounts with millions of BP's). Even worse, players get stressed because of the pressure to be a good player and have a lot of BP's.

The individual rank, in my opinion, doesn't matter. I never wanted a rank because I didn't want this madness. Games are made to have fun, and this fun is getting harder to find now. Luckily I feel things are not as bad as the first week, people just was crazy...

I hope you guys don't get stressed because of the numbers. Numbers are not important. Play with respect, honor and enjoying every single round... That's the important (at least to me). Forget about numbers and don't take the game too serious. Like DeeJay says 'You need to relax, mon!'

I'm not trying to say to you how you have to play this game, it's just something that I wanted to share.

Merry Christmas to all of you. And if you don't celebrate it, just have a good day. Keep playing, guys.

If your computer isn't strong enough to run it on steam but you have a solid internet connection Onlive just got it yesterday and it's on sale for like 15 bucks. I trialed it and it was kinda laggy for me, but my router really sucks. I would try that, Onlive is free to have and you can try a 15 minute free trial of the game to see if it lags for you.
