Haha I think we just don't know how to play our own play styles. Focusing is how I learned Street Fighter when I picked it up for consoles a few years ago and since then I've played a more parry and punish play style. We will have to spar again soon man, it was very fun.

Like always. I always end up losing count of rounds. On the 4th match, I thought there was one more round to go, hence the careless ultra coming out. I think if you rewatch some of the replays, you'll see me trying to pull off moves, but just whiffing normals because of the prolonged charge they have on him.
I didnt know that they nerfed his charge time, thats pretty rough. The replays are up now, alot quicker than last time. If anyone wants to see them, remeber to add the ' at the end of Snooper'
wait .. what .. really .. ? i did not know you could backdash off wake-up. completely new ballgame now. I used to simply use either SRK-FABDC or jump back and take a hit, and recover fast enough to get some distance.
Backdashing is so underrated. Every backdash has invincibilty, so good for escaping pressure. I backdash 100% of the time on wakeup against zangief for example. if you watch high level players, they backdash heaps on wakeup. On consoles you can option select to catch backdashes in their recovery but only yun can do that in volt.
I wish I recorded it but I did a forward dash to avoid a blanka ultra that landed right in front of me! I was truing to ex out of the way to avoid chip damage and I ended up hopping out of harms way

You have an interesting blanka nullroar, I just watched your March against a 2200 deejay. I thought I used alot of normals but you use them even more! You also use blankas rolls very sparingly. I wonder why we never match up together?
Snooper''s good. All the time I beat him were by ultras and luck. Need better connection and anti airs. I'm sad.
Listening to Oyasumi Genei Jin, and for some reason, it's giving me a drive to perfect my Yun technique. I it would play while I'm in a match, but of course, I'd need to JailBreak. No thanks, man.
Haha yeah, easy on those random ultras. They worked once or twice but overall didnt do you much good. Abel-Yun is a bad match for Abel imo, but I won the gief match because of all your whiffed spds. I read once that zangiefs game plan should be to punish people from trying to escape your grabs, and slip in a grab or two out of the blue. Im sure shoryu will disagree with me there though
Hello, First time user and avid sf4 volt gamer. I was wondering when online tournaments happen? Is there a fixed date/time or is it sporadic? I'm also interested in private matches if anyone is interested, I'm able to use every character at a high level, therefore I tend to alternate characters each match. Hope to hear from others, happy holidays!
Theres one going on right now. Ends sometime in january iirc. Theyre not traditional tournaments, its just 'get as many points as you can for your team'. Ill add you on gc, but my brothers on skype so we wont be able to have any matches (way too much lag). Who do you main, or who is your best character if you switch around a lot.
