Is the low-two kicks becoming slower after the update? Before the update, ex-banishing flat is the only but difficult way to counter the second kicks. The spd/super/ultra can't help anything..

Just ragequit for the first time since I reset my account. Laggy game with a 1000 bp akuma who just uppercutted everything. I have never been so mad at this game.
I really hate playing ken, with the slightest bit of lag, mashing uppercut becomes a viable strategy. He recovers so fast, if you miss the punish by even the slightest bit you eat huge damage.
