It's a shame how things turned out for him, but I would think that CAPCOM would be able to differentiate between 2 accounts even if they have similar names. This only means that anyone can cause problems for another player by simply creating a similar name. But I wonder if this was a special case since both accounts were ranked number 1. Everyone who saw the fake account would then think that the real account is the same person and since the real one did popped up as ranked 1 only moments after the fake one was removed. They may think that the real Police did a modest hack just enough to maintain rank 1 if they have no way of determining the difference between a real profile and a hack profile.
Is it just me, or has the quality of players gone down? Or quality of spammers, whichever. Or maybe it's the new buffs/nerfs... hmm.
This warrants some investigation in Training Mode. I think his SRK still has early 1-2 frame invincibility, but not enough invincibility frames to get past the entire Ryu Ultra. On the other hand, Ken's SRK and EX-SRK both get past Ryu's Ultra.

I'm getting those TP for us. Every time we reach a belt checkpoint, we get extra TP. I'm not sure about other charge characters, but Bison takes longer to charge his moves by a split second, it's enough to throw me off and end up doing empty jumps instead of ex headstomps. @cyrus gg. I think the "most win" status tells you the win/lose ratio percentage, not the total wins percentage of that character. so this indicate your blanka has the best win/lose ratio in all the characters you used
now my profile is ok too, dunno if support has changed it or they just fixed some bugs but it works. so snooper dont kick me next time maybe.
I'm finding myself walking back plenty far when charging for deejay's air slashes. And I think Honda's squats were taking a bit longer than usual to come out too.

It's possible that all charge moves have been nerfed due to how greatly they benefitted from the SP assist. Now that I think about it, I did noticed slowerly rates of fireball spams from charge characters. Can anyone else varify this?
It's not just Blanka. A good Ryu can destroy anybody now. Even Ken | Ken said he rage quit on one. I fought one last night who didn't even have much BP, but I couldn't touch him. Once they figure out how to effectively become turtles, it's all over. If I jumped in: uppercut; walked in: fireball; fireball: jump kick; stood still: leg sweep; blocked low: jump kick followed by big ass combo; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc; etc: etc No matter what I did, I couldn't get to him. His jumps come down so fast it's tough to block them from a crouch or counter them. I've NEVER had that kind of trouble with Ryu before and this guy was sort of a noob. He's not over powered, but if they figure out how to effectively use him now, he's untouchable.
I've only used Bison since 1.03 on a fresh profile. It displays most wins at 76.07% while I went 45/3. 45/48 is 93.75%. I'm still trying to figure out where this 76.07%. When you click on tournament, it shows what belt you are on and the percent complete before you go to the "nxet" rank. Once you get promoted there, there's definitely a boost in TP by a set amount for each belt. I know for a fact I have not won 76 games since the update came out.
