    1. Sagat
    2. Dhalsim
    3. Bison
    4. Akuma/E.Honda
    5. Gief/Viper/Guile

Akuma's low health really puts him below Bison who deals above avg damage IMO

I don't think I'd put Dhalsim that high simply due to a couple really bad matchups. I think Sagat and Bison are definitely the top two characters. After that I think it gets very close among a bunch of characters.

    The low tier.
I wouldn't put Ryu in my top 10, let alone top 3

I kept having problems getting my reversal tiger knee out, I think I missed like 3 or 4. Must not be mashing hard enough.

It's true I have my BPs backed up and tucked away, but no, I didn't revert back to that profile. To stay sharp for the tournament, I decided to play a few ranked matches and so gained some BPs. I will probably bring it back down again though.

As for holding back strategies when fighting me, well, I can't improve my Zangief if I can't overcome those challenges. So next time, if its me, don't hold back. I want to improve my Zangief and I still have a very long way to go, so please use every trick you can muster to win. I'm sure you would expect no less from me either.

I look forward to next time. :)

GG NachoOG. I think our connection wasn't the best but it was fun! Hope to play against you again!

Wait... we played? You sure it wasn't Squall2002? The last time I was on SF4Volt was for the tournament match against Fantasyx.

    It was squall2002, my bad!

We played a sagat mirror and he won 2-1. He also beat my fei 2-0.

Just to be clear, I by no means was holding back anything. I don't fully know what the strategy is (I think it involves his double kick move) and wasn't about to try to figure it out against you. But if the strategy involves doing the same move over and over again, that's not really something I find fun anyways.

I'm going to keep working on Balrog since I've been having fun with him and maybe I'll someday be able to take you with him. I wish I could remember where Snooper posted his last tier list because I'd be curious to know how he ranked the Balrog/Gief and Deejay/Gief matchups.

Also, if anyone has any tips for a new Balrog user I'm all ears. Going to try to find some useful videos but it's really tough since it's hard to figure out what isn't in Volt that was in the console versions. I'm pretty sure that his punch that forces an opponent to stand up is not in Volt and one of his better anti-air punches is missing I think (although his crouching uppercut type punch is decent).

I'm either losing my mind or I didn't realize NachoOG was a member here. I remember playing him pretty recently.

GREAT match rshkhsee! I can easily say that that was THE most exciting match I've played in awhile! EVERY round except the last were just nail bitingly great! I really went out like a bitch in that last one though lol! I don't think I've ever had to defend myself against Guile's corner shenanighans haha! Anytime you wanna do that again, I'm down bro! Great playing!

Nice fight Docta! THAT was a war...I think it was pretty close man. I liked that you added the standing medium into one combo out of nowhere, caught me off gaurd with that one.
