Yeah I remember nullroar saying that he hates playing honda with his blanka. Honda actually covers dhalsims bad matches (cammy, viper, blanka) pretty well.
Hey what are everybodys easiest and hardest matchups? I main cammy and my easiest in order are: 1. Cody 2. Dhalsim 3. Sakura 4. Chun Li 5. Maybe viper hardest 1.Zangief 2.Guile 3.Honda 4.Ryu 5. Balrog/Sagat I say balrog because technically its really bad for cammy but i havent played many good ones.

I main Fei. Easiest 1. Guile 2. Cody 3. Ken 4. Vega 5. Dee Jay Hardest 1. Sim 2. Sagat 3. Gief 4. Ryu 5. Akuma I would say Sim and Sagat are the two painfully hard match ups for Fei, the other three are only when the other person knows what they are doing. Keep away Akumas and Ryu make my life easy because they usually don't know how to react when I get in but when they are very offensive and mix me up alot that's when they make their place on that list.
I main blanka and for me: 1 ryu (they weakest ryu's beat me) 2 dhalsim (a very good sim can't beat me 90% if the time) 2 e Honda (I get lazy when I play him ) 3 balrog (really good players like tenzonez beat me 100%, otherwise I win 98% of the time) 4 sagat (most because he recovers quickly) 5 guile (mainly because he is almost impossible to hit with an ultra) 6 Ken (if the opponent can't link his uppercuts then I win 90% of the time) 7 chun li (good chun li's are annoying as hell!) 8 viper (just like chun li she is super annoying) 9 akuma (another annoying character. People can usually beat me twice and then I figure them out and they don't win again) As for everyone else, I don't get to play enough of them to rank them.
I keep on switching mains so it's rather hard actually, because 2 days ago, I was all for maining Ryu and now I'm maining Yun all over again... so because of my lack of focus on one certain character for a long length of time, pretty much all of them are hard except for spammers, low tier characters, and people new to giving Russian hugs. And then I occasionally get some sort of adrenaline that makes me play amazingly well.
Good games rshkshee your Guile was pretty good man, you hit one combo that looked so awesome, believe it was jumping high kick>crouching low punch>standing medium punch>flash kick. I'm not sure of it's difficulty but it looked cool as shit.
I will second that number one. A Sonic Boom got me nowhere and doing a Flash Kick i knew was out of the question, nice skill set man.
My top 5 challenges for sagat are: 1. Viper 2. Blanka 3. Bison 4. Dhalsim 5. Akuma (more annoying than anything) For Fei: 1. Abel 2. Zangief 3. Dhalsim 4. Akuma 5. Viper 6 is prob sagat, but I feel like I can read sagat players because I main him.
I like playing fei against ryu, it's a nice change of pace from the boredom that is the sagat/ryu matchup. The most silly thing about ryu though is that he can link into his super and then ultra from a freaking low kick. C'mon man.

Fei v Fei can be such a painful match up to watch because its just a waiting game, every round was close I wish I could have played more. Your Fei was solid as hell each round could have went either way. Good games buddy!

Anyone want to put useful combos for the characters they play the most? Makoto for example: St. P, St. P, Cr. P, Hayate - You have to be sort of close if you want to link the second St. P. St. P, St. P, Cr. P, EX Hayate, Fukiage, Jump Diagonal Right, EX Tsurugi - It's a good combo that nets a decent amount of damage. Maybe around mid 500's, I don't remember. St. P/Cr. P/St. Back P/St. K, Hayate, Super, Ultra - Does good damage, but St. Back P, Hayate, Super, Ultra does the most. The others are a little easier to hit confirm with though. Jump P, Ultra - If I am correct, this can work with most characters. For example, Jump Punch/Jump Kick, Shinryuken. Focus Attack, Fukiage, Fukiage, Jump Diagonal Right, EX Hayate - The first Fukiage is supposed to miss, it will give you some more blue bar. The second Fukiage hits 99% of the time, if you start mashing down. It does more damage than the first combo I listed, I remember.
Cammy: Divekick-jab jab jab- hit confirm into spiral arrow. if blocked you can try to tick throw or do a standing kick to make some distance. Jumping kick/punch (kick has better range) low kick, spiral arrow or dp if youre close. then you can fadc forwards for another uppercut or backwards for ultra. focus crumple- low hard punch- low kick- spiral arrow. the low hard punch-low kick is a link but its pretty easy. This is what i use for punishing stuff like whiffed dps as well. ex divekick-low hard punch-low kick-spiral arrow. i use this after a few tick throws to beat their tech attempt. If its blocked then the ex divekick puts you at a huge frame advantage. if you can react fast enough (to make sure it hits) you can do ex divekick-ultra. Abel: Jumping medium kick-low medium kick-rekka. You can fadc the first rekka and do crouching hard punch-ultra, wheel kick or falling sky. this is just really good in general because it goes high to low, is easily hit confirmable and the jumping medium kick can cross up. plus the falling sky gives you an untechable knockdown for more mixups. focus crumple-low hard punch-falling sky. punish/focus crumple combo. jumping hard punch-low hard punch-ultra. abels most damaging combo. i only use this for a desperate comeback or if they whiff an ultra or something. counter hit step kick-standing punch-cancel first hit into rekka. this only combos on counter hit unlike consoles. go for te mixups i listed a while ago if its a normal hit or blocked. psuedo combos. not actually combos, but still important: roll-tornado throw step kick, (blocked) jab, tick into tornado throw. if the jab hits then link into standing punch-rekka sweep-cancel into wheel kick. unsafe but most people dont know that. plus they probably wont be able to block low then high. Akuma: standing kick-low medium kick-hurricane kick- uppercut/sweep. I prefer sweep for the untechable knockdown but if its laggy or i need more damage then ill uppercut. you can also start this with a jumping kick, command divekick or demon flip divekick instead of standing kick. and you can do standing hard punch instead of low medium kick for more damage if youre a bit closer. Jumping hard punch-standing hard kick-standing hard punch- hurricabe kick- sweep/jab/uppercut. max damage combo. replace the jumping hard punch with a focus if its a crumple or punish. Sweep is for untechable knockdown. jab is for reset into throw or super. this is even more useful after a stun when the damage will be heavily scaled. dont try and ultra though because they can jump out of it. Edit: Also this is worth a mention. none of these characters should use their super. Maybe akuma if its going to win the match but cammy should spend her meter on uppercut fadc and ex divekick. abel should use his on rekka fadc low hard punch, ex rekka ( for the super armor) and ex tornado throw. akuma should use his on ex demonflips and uperrcut fadc. NOT uppercut fadc red fireball, that isnt worth the extra damage, just fadcing unsafe uppercuts. Double Edit: And abels best anti air is the first hit of standing hard punch. low hard punch is good if you have ultra becuase it usually trades and then you can ultra. falling sky is ass outside of combos, it trades as an anti air but they go flying back and take no damage, its prettt funny
