Sometimes it just lags ..... but SA/FA dash cancel can be done no matter the lag, just hold the direction you want to go, you dont have to actually dash like on consoles

I couldnt tech your grabs after uppercut fadc cos it was laggy nice sagat though, dont uppercut on wakeup if you get crossed up though (with the akuma matches). i couldnt really punish you with the lag so it doesnt matter lol. BTW just out of interest, who do you have the most trouble with as bison?
I advise that you dont upgrade... Just confirmed it again on my brothers iPhone same thing happened. Was working before but now it doesnt and it only happens on Ranked/Friendly games. Tried over friendly via Gamecenter invite on my ADSL2 connection. GG iOS5 worse update ever... I got the battery issues too. Cant downgrade cause the bloody baseband changed and that cant roll back. Blooming Apple why cant they allow downgrades there would infinitely more happier people if they did. Who cares if they allow unlocks and jailbreaks Applee has more power over carriers so stuff the carriers.
I don't normally pick Sagat, but when I do, I spam away. I don't really know his matchups at all, but just tried emulating the technique people use against my Bison. Doing uppercuts on wakeup works quite well against my Bison's crossup, but not so well against Akuma . Lesson learned on those matches. I wanted you to pick Bison so you would feel the overwhelming pressure that Sagat can put on him. Even in training mode, after a 2-hit block on the Tiger Knee, if a SRK is coming up, I still can't constantly land a throw so you can imagine it's even a bigger problem online. If it's 1 frame late, gg on that tradeoff. I forgot how easy it was using a non-charge character. I'm not blaming the SP button, but since it's part of the game on Volt, a lesser skilled Sagat can win against Bison which ends up being my worst matchup which is the reason I strongly stand for the 6-4 matchup (at least when playing online and I don't know what the requirements are for your tier list). Not sure how Sagat fares against other characters, but because of the SP button assist, you have to play perfectly as Bison because a dropped combo will result you in eating a SRK or a knee. Never really played AE, but do people spam away specials while blocking in hopes that people will drop a combo? As for the 6-4 matchups that are listed (Honda and Guile), there's not enough people that I get randomly matched up with that are proficient with them and I don't find them troublesome at all (exclude people that use them here as their main since that's a completely different story). The random ones that are good still seem like it's 5-5 and it's a fair matchup. A good Akuma can easily turn the matches in their favor making it 6-4 their way solely because of the way I play where I don't constantly charge and don't have a special queued up.
I dont play much ae, but i get the feeling that mashing during blockstrings is frowned upon, but i still do it lol. Yeah there arent really any good hondas, im not complaining though lol, such a bad match for cammy. There definitley are some good guiles though, and i though you said it was a bad match for bison... Mmm i havent played any good akumas. Ive lost to akumas before but only becuase they were playing keepaway when i was using a random character in friendly...
Anything I can do if cammy keeps jumping forward and backwards while Kicking? Lariat gets beat and I cant reverse after blocking it.
do the lariat later, just before she hits you. all you need to do in that match is lariat her jumpins, block low, spd if she tries to poke, spd if she walks up and you think shes gonna throw and punish spiral arrow/cannon spike with spd. seriously this match is retarted without cammys standing hard kick.
Oh ok, thats why i couldnt connect Snooper. I havent updated to the 5.1 or whatever the latest update is called. Dont know if i will for awhile either according to reports i read about it and a conflict with my JB situation. I should though, looks like many people did...plus i wanted to challenge/getsomepointersfrom your Yun :]

Wow, thats weird then, because SF is up to date but i am on just regular ios5 and was able to play against Wediafom just fine awhile ago, but for some reason i got some kind of message with you, i forgot what it said exactly, saying i am not able to connect after the last of the few tries...
Well only the lamest Honda that once they get the lifelead just keeps backstepping. Those are the ones that make it 6-4 and given that people just LOVE constantly charging regardless, it naturally makes them tougher. People make the mistake when using shotos of keeping away and little do they know that staying in Bison's face is the key to making the match easier for them.
the problem i have with honda/bison/guile is that you cant do the divekick on their wakeup trick because the angle of their reversals (flash kick/psycho crusher/headbutt/sumo splash) messes it up. yea most shotos i play just play the old fireball/jump back/wake up dp game. I have played some really good ryus though, cant say the same for ken and akuma... Edit: Forgot, you cant do the divekick thing on zangief or blanka either

New Poster. Hello everyone new poster here to these forums. I just found this forum today and have enjoyed reading up. I was wondering if anyone knew a good place for pointers for Makoto. Iam in love with her and play her exclusively since she was added. In a odd twist as I was reading these forums I was in queue for a friendily and Snooper popped up and promptly kicked my ass.
