It's generally an uphill battle, but that's to be expected when all your char's specials are punishable on block. Jump-in's seem to work wonders on a wake-up blanka because for some reason they stuff ex-vertical rolls. No clue why.

Been playing a lot of Fei lately, getting pretty decent, up to ~2200 BP. Just beat a 2300 bp Sagat 4/5, felt really good. Had him totally mind f-ed the last round, baited a tiger knee twice in a row on his wakeup, punished with flame kicks, then knew he was going to throw a kick the next time so i hit him with a meaty standing P into rekkas. Then knew the uppercuts were coming, so dashed back on his wakeup and stunned him, finished with super. GAME OVER YEAHHHHHHHHH
