The only Challenge I can't do is E Honda's 8th one. Does anyone have any tips for this one?

    It's

    EX Hundred Hand Slap
    Cr. LP
    EX HHS
    Cr.LP
    EX Sumo Smash

I can't get the EX Sumo Smash to come out, ever. I've tried with SP move Assist on and Off. I've beaten every other Character challenge one but this one is just making me go nuts.

Who the F*** is TJ133?? He or she uses Sagat and freaging only spams the SP button! I quit matches like these, cause I know that even if I win they'll disconnect. Somehow I kept getting into matches with this dude and finally I decided to do the same "strategy" as him, I won and he disconnected.

Capcom should ban the use of SP button in online matches.

Can't give you much assistance, but may I ask how you completed Guile's eighth challenge?

Either my timing is incorrect or the opponent most be in the corner.

    Thanks.

Capcom must do something about disconnecting, the game is disc. all the time, and the players are disc. too...

If someone has an unreasonably high win rate (like 12/0), I purposely lose to them and then quit on them at the last second. Hopefully if enough people do this, those quitters won't be able to play a single full match online.

Oh, you mean Guiles Flash Kick to Super to Ultra?

Yeah, it's really screwy timing. You have to hit Ryu with the flash kick on the VERY APEX of the jump. THE WHOLE TIME, you should be holding Down and Back. There's no Reason not to and if you don't you'll be screwed.

Right when the flash kick hits, immediately cancel into the Super. Now the Super and Ultra are essentially TWO flash kicks in a row, if the first hits and the second misses, you won't make it. (if you don't know what I mean by cancelling into Super. When the Flash Kick hits, RIGHT when it hits, press the Super bar and it will cancel the Flash kick into Flash Explosion (provided you're still charging downback!)

It's a really weird combo and I would never, ever recommend ever using it. It's so touchy that it's not worth it.

But anyways, for as little help as it is, just as soon as you start, hold downback and don't move your hand. You can try to manually input the movements for this challenge, but it'll be a million times harder. Just use the Tap the Super/Ultra meter. And Hit Ryu when he's at THE VERY apex of his jump. If you hit him when He's only half way off the ground, you won't get the height you need to have the time to land the Ultra.

    Good luck!

Oh, and FWIW, I didn't have him in the corner when I did it.

I wouldn't mind letting folks filter matches using the SP button, but if it were banned completely I'd propably not play. I'm too old for joystick gymnastics.

Well, filtering might solve the issue. I thought if you turned off SP assistance it would filter matches, until I concurred on the same player with same SP rape tactic even tho I turned on/off SP assistance.

Anyone want to play two to three matches. All my friends seem to be busy and I don't want to play rancked because people keep disconnecting on me or they're too over skilled. I am a semi noob BTW. Add me on GS wediafom.

This game wouldn't be any fun without the SP button. Like the console version - it isn't fun... for me. However, I completely concur with an SP assist filter, and it should be automatic.

Thank you very much for your thorough answer.

On a sidenote, I've seen the discrepancy between low BP players in rank and friendly mode. Usually, low BP players would disconnect when they miss an uppercut or take an ultra in the face in round two.
Conversely, low BP players in friendly mode would suck it up and run it through again. Of course, they are usually the people that know the BnB controls.

Really goes to show how important BP is to some people.

I don't understand that. How can it possibly be fun?

100% of the matches I play with somebody who is using it, they just do special moves over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

I would think most people would find that boring. I will often quit matches against those people because it's so ****ing boring. I don't even care if I beat them every time. I'm not playing to win; I'm playing to have fun. If you're playing like an asshat who just repeatedly does the same thing over and over again, I'm not going to bother. (I'm not talking about you, crunc, BTW).

This same problem occurs in just about any multiplayer game.

I think SP is a great idea for single player. AIs really have no room to bitch.

It should be forced off for multi though; it only makes sense from a competitive standpoint.

I'm unable to check for myself, but are stats different in friendly battles? Different or just separate?

Also if you play alot, don't care if you're good or not, you can add me:Rickyraws

Don't worry, I'm allergic to disconnecting, and finish my matches like a man ;)

Online is really laggy. It's almost as bad as Mortal Kombat on the PS3. :(
