Great games. It was actually 36! I would have played more but I had to go take a shit. Your Ryu is pretty good, but a few things you should know. You can combo into super or ultra from his jumping medium punch (the one that hits twice). If you don't have super/ultra, you can just throw a fireball for a little extra damage. You hit me with the punch several times, but you just let me fall instead of following up. Try it against a jumping dummy in training. Also, not a good idea to use Ryu's super or ultra as anti-airs against Viper, as you may have seen, she will probably land behind you. And this, I'm probably sure you know, but if your opponent is in the corner, you have to back-dash when doing srk > fadc > ultra. It lost you a match, but I'm sure it was just a habit of dashing forward.
Thanks for the tip! Yea I kinda know you can follow up on the air medium punch with something... just never actually tried it. That's a good one to remember. And you're right about using Ultra as an anti air. I know its a bad idea, but for some reason I just couldn't help my self. lol it always cost me the round every time. I keep forgetting how long it takes for ultra to come out, by which time you've recover and punish me without fail. And the corner ultra; yep I need to remember to back dash instead. All in all it was a great experience. You're Viper is as sharp as ever. I still need to learn all the encounters and situations with Ryu. Its gonna be a long and painful road ahead. I welcome anyone to beat on my Ryu, Every battle is a learning experience. And one last thing, Vaceotyn. You have to stop playing to take a shit? That's pretty weak man. I can take a shit, wipe my ass, and wash my hands, all the while still kicking ass.

This is what's keeping me from learning characters other than Viper. It requires A LOT of time playing a character to learn how to react in every situation and in certain match-ups. Haha. Unfortunately, I'm not as skilled as you are in this field.

good games vaceotyn. im trying to main sagat now, but vipers a crap match for him, and im just better with cammy. they were so exciting i always forget that ex thunder knuckle breaks armor, you caught me while focusing quite a few times. and i missed so many ultras guess thats what happens when you dont play your chacter for a few days. very nice uppercut baiting and throwing btw, youre the best viper ive played
I didn't see much of your Sagat (besides all those whiffed uppercuts ), but you don't really have to worry about Viper since there aren't many people who play her. And some very nice walk up throws by you, although I felt like I was tech-ing a lot of the throws but still got caught. Good games.
yea i know what you mean with the throws. after an air to air id try and tech and still get thrown and be like what? and yea my sagats still pretty trash, plus vipers a bad matchup and youre just a better player lol
Good games jibba, keeping in mind thats dhalsims worst matchup. Dont teleport on wakeup though, cammy can punish with super, ultra and spiral arrow.
Good games. Unfortunately there's no safe move on wakeup that I'm aware of, which is why the matchup is so one-sided. If I do anything but teleport I typically start getting thrown. If I'm standing I can hold my own but all of her moves knock down Dhalsim. I just avoid the matchup altogether these days and switch to Honda or Guile.

yea you just have to guess. jump beats spiral arrow and grab loses to uppercut, block loses to grab but beats spiral arrow and uppercut. its kind of a 50/50 except the damage is heavily in cammys favour. wanna try out your guile/honda against me?
