Maybe it just comes down to style. I don't rely on Sonic Booms much when playing Guile v. Dhalsim except as filler. I attack pretty pretty aggressively because he has such deceptive speed. Once I get a knock down, I use Sonic Booms to force a block on wakeup and then either backhand, slam or double sweep depending on the type of block Dhalsim does since he doesn't have a great wakeup move. Maybe it just comes down to my knowing both characters so well.
So I'm not sure why, but I went through with deleting SFIV Volt and re-installing. I took a couple of screen shots though, just to prove to myself that I once had over 800 wins and over 2,000 BP, not to mention the 3 characters that I was able to finish all challenges on (for whatever reason, I just suck at these). And so it begins all over again.
@Jibba - I just did the same thing. Got the Grueling Akuma achievement in 16 minutes, a new record. They nerfed the hell out of him it feels like. I dunno, I made some mistakes with gief but still walked all over him. Now to bottom-feed and try to steal BP from folks who stole some from me! @Shoryutofu: it's 2:30 so I'm gonna get some rest, but we need to do more matches, I'm really practicing hard with my Sagat and Chun.

Yea, you caught me while I'm still driving home and that usually takes an hour or more. Hit me up anytime during the weekend and we'll play if I'm free. So Sagat and Chun Li huh? I'm already getting nervous. I think they both beat me the last time we played. I've been playing Dungeon Hunter II these past few days. Now that I finished it, I should get back into Volt and prepare for the upcoming blood bath.
Hey Shoryutofu, you joined the TA man, cool. Ive played you on friendly matches a few times recently, It was the quickest ive been beaten down in a succession in all of many online matches ever! I think if i had a little patience i couldve had you a couple times...some nice fights man.

Wandering Warrior I don't know if this has been posted before, but I was curious about everyone's Wandering Warrior. I know that this feature has no real meaning, other then pure entertainment, but I'll admit I had spent quite some time building my guy's stats up and check in on him from time to time to see how well hes doing. Even though the outcome of a Wandering Warrior sometime seems completely random to me, it still makes me happy to see if he easily defeated an avatar or get upset that he was easily defeated by one. If you care to share, what is your Wandering Warrior's stats and wins and loses? Here's mine: HP - 1350 ATK - 570 DEF - 340 AGI - 340 TEC - 350 GUT - 350 LUK - 320 WIN - 2859 LOS - 836 Also, because I main Gief and how I play him, most of my SP comes from this feature (if you play Gief then you know what I mean). So in some way, I actually rely on the wandering warrior

@shoryutofu: This was ddiscussed a bit earlier in the thread, with interesting results. My Avatar (before the reset) had 710 luck, and won something like 90% of his games. I'd recommend a hardcore luck build.
