Had that problem every now and then and it fixed itself

 

I'm pretty sure it was just a server-side problem. SFxT had the exact same problem some weeks ago and it also fixed itself.

Hmmm...teleport capabilities? I'm not sure how I feel about it. It kinda changes his game but it seems like it would be for the better.

 

I don't know how to find it, but just look up YYOJJO and/or The Steeeliskt. It's a Bison/Viper match an it's KILLER!

Some hate mail I got that I found very funny.
I used Chun Li against his Bipson and I beat him first round by focus attacking his constant stomp and punishing him. Second round he wins by turtling with a health advantage, so for the third round I decide to get a huge life lead and then back dash away! Chun li's back dash is so fun. Not sure why he expected me to rush down Bipson, especially as Chun Li. I love the hate mail though.
