I much agree on most, and I tend to charge characters too, however I think there can still be some new paradigm to create charge characters (like Decapre). My impression is that, unsurprisingly, charge chars might just be harder to develop, but it is a fact that the first ones are still here, alive and quite loved by all players. Think about it: Guile, Bison, Rog etc are all archetypes in their own way. For example as a developer one could wonder: should I tweak the move's properties or the charge duration? Give Guile less charge time and you have a completely different character, to be balanced by changing the moves' properties in a second step. Funnily in the 3DS they gave him zero charge time in the equivalent of SP on, but without changing the moves, and the final result was the god of fireball zoning. I don't know much of charge chars in other games, but from the small that I've seen it looks like many games incline to the hybrid charge/non-charge archetype and often a move is made "charge" so that it is not spammable. Charge chars for the win!
It's ok, we get Charlie in SF5. Dudley comes to mind as a non-charge character with one charge move. Though, in various games Chun-Li was not a charge character and in vs series, charge characters' super motions are not charged
After some studying of my losses I realize, well among other things I can't pull off down-fwd a 100% of the time(more like 50 or less). If I fall too far behind in a match I completely fold... I still lose more than not against people that Turtle or spam moves, I can at times take a game or give a good match to "good" players but generally lose overall... THe more I play the more I see more options(however I usually don't have the abilty to pull of something the way I invsion it) There are some characters I have no idea what to do against these would be Blanka,Cammy, Zagief, Honda and Vega/claw Characters I know what to do its just extremely hard - Sagat,Akuma,Guile, Ken, Bison/dic, Abel, Characters I can beat depends on skill of other player - Ryu, Chun-li, DJ, Viper, Cody, makoto, Fei, Boxer, Dhalsim.. Finally, with my Yun Dittos with Tenones..after reviewing I actually did better than I thought and no I didn't win any sets but in general I atleast took 1 game out of three and forced him to a round 6 once..but when he switched to Fei-Long I literally couldn't touch him with anyone... I'm open to play anytime from now till whenever...
you can't do a down-forward? Do you mean fireball motion? I suggest using SP assist and autoblock at least when you learn
I meant not consistently, I either accidentally do the shoryuken motion or hit attack before the forward part of the motion etc.. Do you mind if I practice with you if I'm doing too bad ill give up... Sorry whoever I was playing... Ur too good.... :/ I'll only play if you if you think i can learn anything.. (I doubt it unless u play someone u don't know well)

The accidental srk in place of a fireball motion is everybody's problem because srk moves have priority over qcf. When walking forward, the stick has to go neutral for at least one frame before the quarter circle forward, otherwise you'll get a srk.
