Well, I guess that answers my question I shortened the height of the original video to make it 16:9. I thought the objects (characters, health bars, etc) looked too big.
Cody vs Cody, hop kick vs slide crosses under, which is weird, his hop kick in volt is not airborne. Another thing, sometimes Vega can cross over after you crouch block his hop kick.

It's working now, so it was probably just down for maintenance or something. Also, they said that they're working on iOS 8 support in the news popup at startup.
