Oh, yes, I only meant the TC (it still counts as a normal). Fake Bad Stone is a really bad bait, way worse than Yun's Fake Palm. Yun's Fake Palm is cool because Palm is GREAT. Lots of active frames, high damage, can combo into stuff in the corner, etc. It's a move that should be feared. Pretty much Palm/Fake Palm/Command grab is his wake up game. Meanwhile, Cody's Bad Stone is like a really bad Hadouken. Its long startup already makes it a very bad FB, so it isn't a very powerful zoning tool. You'll pretty much only use it if you're quite far, and there baiting it with Fake Bad Stone is pretty much useless, and if you try to use it while the opponent is going towards you its long recovery makes it easy to be punished, and once the opponent starts pressuring Cody the match is pretty much over due to his awful defense. If at least it could be cancelable into an EX move or something like that, it would be a much better bait, but so far I just can't find any use for it. Regarding Yoga Blast, I just don't see any Dhalsim player using it, but I don't play with many Dhalsim players either and I'm not a Dhalsim player myself, so IDK. So other than Fake Bad Stone, I can't really think of any other move that could be considered useless. About the SFxT combo video, well, if you had some cool or very powerful combos (although I think the video was made before the update that changed the damage scaling) you can share them, and this also goes to the rest of guys here that have SFxT.
Fake Stone is a really awesome bait. Nash uploaded a vid where I baited Cammy Ultra with it. I also use Fake Stone as a taunt. FA 3, Fake Stone, Ultra is awesome. I would be so mad if people did that to me
Holy cow. Did you send it to EH or something? Cody's cl.HP should be +2 instead of +1. If he ever gets that change I'd like to see his cr.MP going away and getting a 2f cr.HP instead. One can dream.
Hey Guys, I've just registered here so I could get some help from you. I usually play SF IV Volt online on my iPhone, but since yesterday that it freezes when I click "Friendly Match". After that there's just Bison's background and it doesn't switch to Game Center where we usually search for a random opponent. Does this happen to anyone else? Ranked Match works fine though... That only happens to me after searching for some time on friendlies on a slow connection. Are you playing on 3G? Apart from turning off and on your device, try to log out and log in again in GC. Try to use another app that also makes the GC menu appear. If you get the same problem, it will probably be a problem of iOS and you'll need to restore your device with iTunes. If nothing works, use iExplorer or iFunbox to save the "Documents" folder of the Volt app, reinstall the game and use one of those apps to put the "Documents" folder you saved earlier back to the device. Or you can just use iTunes.
Eventhubs doesn't bother with any Volt stuff I send them. They didn't even care about Arturo streaming volt. I doubt they care about my combos. Though I sent my Ken one to Maj @ combovids.com and he put it up
Some Daigo Hugo action. Awesome mindgames and wakeup pressure. I think part of the USF4 change makes supers very attractive to use, considering Ultra Combo W and a reduction on Ultra damages almost across the board
People are unsure about Hugo. At first he seemed quite powerful with those great pokes, corner pressure (and corner carry from his running grab) and the damage on his Super, but now pretty much every player places him in the lowest tier. Dhalsim vs Hugo is ridiculous. Regarding Supers being more powerful, honestly I never found them to be very powerful at all. Most of the time people only use them in the last round since, well, you're using all your meter. Also, EX RFA makes some very powerful combos possible. In a video about the USF4 mod with Red Focus and stuff Vega can do j.HK, cl.HP xx EX Roll, EX RFA, U1, dealing almost 600 damage. j.HK, cl.HP xx Hard Roll xx Super and pretty much any other combo into Super would deal much less damage.
