You're not explaining why Zangief's Super can punish what the SPD cannot. Both are "1f" and are grabs. You're repeating the same thing you said last time without answering that. It's the only thing I've been asking from the start.

And again, I didn't say anything about Sagat's SRK being faster than the rest. If I did, point where I did.

True. I just checked frame by frame and there are two frames before it becomes active. I didn't know it was actually a "slow" move.

Pretty much. Maj was into doing a tool-assisted combo vid for each character. Tool assisted also let's you do funky stuff like press up+downback at the same time

 

What a pity. Rolento is the only thing from Ultra that would make me buy the game. He's just the funniest rushdown character I've ever played. Pogo FTW.
