Turns out that Decapre's ultra 1 can't be used like dhalsim's at all because ultradavid says the startup/recovery is such that you wakeup punish. Her ultra 2 if ported to volt would be no different from all the other things that are wrong with volt, like being able to guile ultra through unsafe blockstrings etc.
? what do you mean by : "startup/recovery is such that you wakeup punish" ? EDIT: nvm, says that after a throw or sweep you cant use ultra 1 right away or you will be punished i imagine throw, backdash, ultra 1 should be safe in some cases, or focus crumple>ultra 1
Ultra 1 can be used on wakeup, just depends how much knockdown and distance. There are no 1f (nongrab) ultras in Volt. There are a handful of 2framers. There are none that combo off a non CH 1f normal. (Cammy's cr.HP is 1f startup and +1 on hit)
In AE: Ken's far s.LP is +7 and U2 is 7f startup. Blanka's cr.LK is +4 and U1 is 4f startup. In Volt: Blanka's cr.LK is +1 and his Ultra is 2f startup. No one has a 1f ultra in volt, for obvious reasons. By that logic, I also assume no normal has +2f on hit (apart from jumping attacks, which don't even really have +2 on hit)
It can. I'm quite sure in creampuff video he had a setup for meaty st.MP into Ultra. Perphaps Guile's st.MP? You said earlier that it should have around 3 active frames so that would be +2 on meaty since it's 0.
Ah ok. I tried her s.MP and I couldnt link cr.HP after it. Will try again. I tried Guile's s.MP. I couldn't link cr.MK after it
Zangief's cr.hp/mp, not sure which is it, is +2 meaty (Meaty) Cr.hp > cr.hp links Cr.lp > cr.hp does not link So i guess thats why its +2 Might be +3 i dont know the startup of cr.hp
It's cr.MP. His cr.HP is a straight punch, kinda like Sagat's. And now that I'm talking about Sagat, is he the only character with a cr.LP that doesn't have any advantage on hit?
Well its +1 if not you woulndt be able to hit another cr.lp. Or maybe im wrong, maybe rapid fire is a kind of cancel? Also talking about sagat his cr.hp meaty i think is +2. NvM he is definetly +0 on cr.lp.
Rapid fire is indeed a kind of cancel. If his cr.LP was +1 he would be able to combo into st.HK, which has 1f of startup, but he can't. I wonder if on block his cr.LP is actually unsafe. I know that Chun for example is the only character in SFxT to have cr.LP hitconfirms and Kazuya has an extremely unsafe cr.LP, but I never tried this kind of things in Volt. I'll try Sagat's meaty cr.HP.
It's +1 meaty. Against Bison you can also use cr.LP, and against any character, (EX) Knee and Super, apart from cr.MK.
Max framerate without locked framerate. Current rotation using QuickTime mode. H.264 video vormat at 7 Mbps with OpenGL capture and full scale. Without showing taps. I just installed again Display Recorder and I don't remember most options being there before. Do those options give the best quality?
Max frame rate is 30fps for display recorder. Lock your framerate so that its not variable and its always 30 fps. Lower the bitrate to 3mps or lower or your phone will get slow as hell when recording.
