To have the SKILLS to make people RQ using Fei, and Mako, and Yun, and Cody , is the 4 Card Flush of Volt !! Nash has come close, but he says his Yun doesn't have the frequent RQ abilities of the others... IMO the best Codys just know how to milk Cody's best normals, and they know how to CLEVERLY hide their ZONK charge: bluff, hazure, deathstar, Nash, chaporuu, SanArce.. Hats off to these guys...
The japanese players that play Zonk only are too one dimensional. All they can do is zonk when you jump in; they possess no knowledge of anything else.
Those kinda guys ARE predictable, they hang onto the charge like a tight penny in their butt cheeks. The Codys I lose and LOL WITH are, the ones that know how to zone Gief out, AND play that killer Cody rush down mix ups peppered with: jump P or slide kicks.. That Cody slide kick is prolly the best slider in the game, deceptively fast recovery, likely coz of the none RH nature of it.. I ALWAYS have a good laugh losing to good Makos, Yuns, Codys..
Cody's not a great character by any stretch, but he's got tools to deal with things that Mak doesn't. Harle, sometimes certain characters just don't jive with your playing style. I don't use a character like Yun because I'm not a long combo kind of guy, Viper because my execution isn't all that good, and Akuma because I get bored easily. Cody may just not be the best character for the style you play. Which, again, isnt to say he's a great character but it's a thought.

I always wonder why the Cody's I play usually never ever and rarely do zonk knuckle which is frustrating to see since it comes in handy especially against fireballs. -Does anyone when they use Cody use his crack kick? It is a pretty decent poke and find it useful to close the gaps instead of jumping and walking. -does anyone try to do ruffian kick ex criminal upper? Iknow it is punishable if blocked but.. Q1) anyone try to FADC out of it? 1) if the combo doesn't hit the opponent, after ruffian kick ex criminal upper why not fadc out of it and go for a grab or heavy jump punch? 2) if it hits you don't need to worry about wasting two meters to fadc because it won't let you fadc on that case.. -What's your opinion on that? Crack Kick is pretty bad because there's no meterless followup. I guess it would be decent as a meaty attack on wakeup, but I haven't tried it much. Do you mean Ruffian Kick, EX Criminal Upper in the corner/aa? Otherwise it's just a pretty poor frame trap
I would say take that name as a compliment. Perks/side effects of being an awesome player and famous.
Yeah I've actually been messing around with him too. He's kind of a fun change of pace. And I'd use whatever setups/tricks you have to to win. A win is a win no matter how you slice it!
Capcom should make full screen sfiv volt for iphone 5 already. I used to love this game so much but not anymorr after spent countless hrs of trying to adjust the button configuration. I wouldnt mind to pay another 5 bucks to have full screen for this game.

Lol! My screen is broken too but I'm thinking of getting the 5s but I won't until I know volt will run well. That and the fact that I've already repaired my screen like five times now:| it's getting annoying trying to find good parts.
