XD I think people only know what SRKs are.

Oh yeah, make sure you include ground resets too though.

Stuff like tick throws apparently count as ground resets apparently.

Most of the prominent ones are the FA reset thingys.

    Genericism to the max:

    FA3, cr.lp/cr.lk throw.

    Abel reset fun time:

Cr hp, FADC, any normal, roll into grab/meaty/whatever.

Another fun variant off that is

Cr hp, FADC, st hp xx cod.

It's risky and not prob not worth it, but cool b/c the first hit of cod whiffs and the 2nd one hits with perfect timing and can't be jumped out of. Tricky because its an overhead and it catches ppl off guard.

This post also allows me an opportunity to bitch about Abel and how he should be able to do cr hp xx roll, reset instead of having to spend 2 bars with an FADC.

That should be fixed with making everything more floaty. Abel is not the only one suffering from that. Akuma's Tatsu reset into Palm should be safe, yet the opponent touches the ground before you. The same goes with Tatsu reset into Tatsu to do a throw after the reset while getting some meter.

Except that safe jumps in Volt are pretty much 3f approximations of what happens in AE.

In AE for example, jumping after the first hit of Guile's cr.RH will land quite a few frames before they recover.

Also there's the generic reset of Makoto's FA 3, Fukiage, j.P.

Part of me wants to do this reset thing since differentiation needs to be made between mixups/tick throws/resets

Another apprunner stealth account? He mashed fireballs more than uppercuts so who knows! His cammy (which he didnt bother playing) was like 811W and 137L.

But then he threw in a guile? Hmm...

    Lol

Yeah, I like this. This might make a whole bunch of AE things actually work. If they juggle in the air just a frame or two longer, we haz AE minus the safe jumps, etc.

Well, at least we have the air thingy down.

Yeah. So lame. I usually win 75% of my matches against him. But every once in awhile, his super lameness / fireball spamming takes one. Hahahaha. :D. If you look at my replays, I usually don't play lame.

BtW, did you see how many losses I have on replay. Not one single win :(

Haha, I suck so much. :D

Did you guys know this ken reset?

fa crumple, late ex srk, fadc, any normal (except cr.mk hit box to low) cr.lp/st.hk/cr.hp/step kick/tc/jump kick/jump punch

Step Kick, and cr.lp being the best mid screen.

Sooo... fa crumple, late ex srk (1-2 hits), fadc, (walk forward and wait a bit) step kick, meaty step kick, cr.mk, hadoken/ex tatus/ex hadoken

I just love this meaty setup.

It was discovered a while ago. Harle made a video showcasting some combos after late EX SRK.

I don't think anyone found that meaty combo though.

    Yeah, Harle posted this before.

It is crazy, as you can combo into step kick, Ken's most swagged out move.

AKA The most non sensical move to even combo, XD how do you even combo into that thing is beyond me. Well, you can also combo into st.hk which also contains copious amounts of swag.
