It is multi-touch enabled. You can charge a punch, use the other P/K button and move around... Strangely, menus aren't multi-touch

But he has LOTS of resets, easy mix up at wake up, he can go through FBs by using shoulder and its EX version, he can do combos into Super and Ultra after a command grab... He should be at least higher than Abel. I know that AB kills cross ups with dive kick (without AB he should be top tier with resets at corner), but he's still powerful.
