My Proposal to the Forum and to Capcom for Volt Update Ok, so we all know that an update for Volt is really needed and long overdue. In addition to a petition to Capcom, I believe that we need to convince them that an update is worth pursuing and that they can make a profit from it. Essentially, I hope we can show how serious we are by developing our own proposal/business plan to them. Why should they update -Large community that is happy to pay for additional content in form of extra DLC (costumes/stages). (Paid update?) -Game has stagnated, needs rebalance and I think should be more in line with AE in terms of move properties To show how serious we are, we should be able to essentially discuss and create a changelog to send to Capcom of what we want (including character proposals). If we have a solid plan that reduces the work for Capcom and shows how they can make money, our proposal would be more likely go through. So if we are all interested, I would run this ComboFiend style and run through a handful of characters each week, how we could balance them and collate this information. And then we can work on movesets for the remaining cast members and in see if they can really be fit into the game.

Sounds good to me. My vote goes to Adon and Seth for new characters. I think they'd translate better than anyone else. Rufus/ibuki/yang/dudley etc. would be cool, but I think they'd go the same way as sakura and makoto in terms of playability in volt. We also need to make it really, really clear that there is a large amount of active players willing to pay for all sorts of DLC.
Well, when we get to it, I would want to us to discuss the viability of all the other chars. I would like some more unique chars in it like Dan and Dudley. Hopefully if we make enough noise about this and do it well, we can get our story up on Eventhubs and attract more attention from the wider FGC and Capcom
Guys, what is your most favourite match up and why? It can even be with characters you don't play. Mine is Balrog mirrors. Straight up, there is nothing more hype in street fighter. I never forget my mirrors with TenOnez, Vaceotyn, N3ro and Luke.
Sakura mirror, because she is so timing heavy neither you nor opponent will mash, then it is all down to proper frame traps and combos... (no BS SRK fadc into throw or another SRK, seriously that sh*t annoys me so much, way too easy for certain characters to escape pressure) Makoto mirror is crazy too, both do a forward dash and they're facing each other from full screen away! Yun mirror is kinda weird when both characters are jumping around looking for the time to dive in worst mirror is probably Guile or Sagat... Guy mirror is pretty crazy in AE fast character with good frame traps are fun to watch!
