I ran into a cammy that mashed uppercut. I thought it might have been Apprunner. I then won 2-0 with cody, but Apprunner still wasn't completely ruled out. When he left after 2 that's when I knew it wasn't him

Spanking my Guile isn't tough. I have a 10% winning percentage.

 

The audio sounded fine but by the end of the video it was out of sync.

 

I think...now correct me if I'm wrong, which I'm only about 13% sure...you have to hold back for around 2 seconds and then forward P.

There are pages listing the strict amount of charging time in frames. Iirc, it's actually a little bit under 2s

 

He uses sp assist how hard could it be, hold back press sp assist!

 

It's a bit under 1 second actually. Set gief to jump in training mode, his jump lasts 17 frames so that's 0.85 seconds. If you start charging for guile's sonic boom, the moment he starts jumping, you can throw it out the exact time he lands or maybe 1 frame before he lands? (I can't tell).

 

Is it possible for you to give us more frame data like that? I'm quite interested
