Actually, i played OldChin's bison the other day...he was pretty aggressive! Of course i perfected him before win-quitting (can't be aggressive with Bison against Cammy). He has massive input lag...must be from Asia
I actually get really good connection with oldchin whenever we play, and I'm in the States. Of course I do get the feeling he hates it when he loses to me. After losing a few matches last time, he decided to just jump backwards and do Sagat air punch for the entire match. So I responded by just mashing scarlet terror over and over again. It was the most hilariously retarded fight I've ever been a part of. xD Also, tenonez has does tenshin tenshin on me with his fei before. And especially with his Yun, he loves doing that to me to toy with me. ^_^ But if there were a legit strategy reason for it, it would be to make sure your opponent stays towards the wall after you land your first command grab.

Are you using a low BP stealth account? I've noticed that people start playing lame when my BP is 2000+. And speaking of lag, what's up with your connection? The last several times we have played your connection sucked (even your stealth account had a crappy connection, which was why I RQed on you).
