Second rekka is not safe

Yep. The only things that could punish second hit ex rekka are 0 frame moves like akumas super, giefs super and ultra and hondas ultra. Also chuns super is 1 frame, so that could most likely punish, I'll test it out. Second ex rekka is actually much safer than first regular rekka.

You better don't mess with the latin groups, most of them are bad trolls.

They don't even do the Air Slasher (wake up) -> Jump K -> Sweep.

I find DeeJay a decent match up against Balrog. I've already beaten hoplessfromhell and Nero's, being the last one easier than doing it with Guile. Opinions about DeeJay - Balrog matchup?

 

Stick out st K to stuff him from doing mid range punches. He can't stop Sobat kicks because it breaks armour unless he does headbutt. Either of the cr kicks are good at stopping punches

 

Chun Li Super and Jabs have same startup.

Try FA2, FA2, Cr.Lk

Then FA2, FA2, Super

Both will hit.

 

Last rekka is askin for an ass whooping.

 

As long as Rog has no meter he can do meaty sweep all day, beats regular headbutt. I believe turn punch doesn't come out fast enough to punish that

Just gonna mash SRK now if I see a normal cancel into a regular Rekka, I have missed so many punishes!

Nope, Ang Hell is a latin guy, unlike hoplessfromhell.

 

Random theory (from safe jump testing): mashing a normal makes it come out 1frame later than normal

 

It's only -1 so yeah safe from everything apart from instant grabs and possibly chuns super. Not even spd can punish it.

 

Hayate is also unsafe on block, but I had never seen someone punishing it
