I always have tech! I get the feeling that people are getting bored of what I have to say sometimes. Vega has one of the worst jabs. It's so hard to mash it out! I do have a problem where if I read someone says _____ character's max damage/longest combo is ___ I have to try and beat it... Check LINE btw, I posted an improvement to your combo.
Omg, I feel totally outclassed. Eskapade just posted a vid showing that Blanka can do Ultra, Super in the corner for a cool 700 damage (6 hits)
What style do you play with Sim off/off? Do you use mostly normals or have you gotten more used to pulling off specials without difficulty?
Style? Lol, my style is scruby. All kidding aside, I would say my normals usage sucks compared to my normals usage with blanka. I use stretchy arms and stretchy kick and slide and that's about it. I'd say I can pull off special moves about 90% of the time when I'm not under pressure but under pressure that drops to about 65%. I'm still getting used to using sims various teleports but I'm still a noob when it comes to using them correctly. Playing against on/on players is tough because its so easy to mash out something since, to me, it seems like sim has zero priority over anyone. Sim seems to be all about the mental game and in order to play a good mental game you have to know your character well as well as your opponents character well and right now I don't know much
You played pretty well against my scrubby Guile last time I was a little surprised I got your DJ...but knew i'd get spanked by your Blanka. GGs.
Yeah I was upset about that deejay match. I think I've found a happy medium with the game, play a new character for a couple of rounds, then play my deejay and finish with blanka. It gives my opponents some easy wins and helps keep them around and allows me to change things up and I get to stay sharp with my main.
I don't play much Cammy anymore. I tend to use Ryu and am practicing a lot with Guile...he's a lot of fun Unfortunately, when I do bring out Cammy, i find that i'm still way better with her than all my other characters I don't think my other characters will ever catch up
Guile is a fun character if you can master him but that comes with practice. How long have you been using cammy? Since 2011 and how long have you been using guile or ryu? It takes us old folks a lot longer to master new characters unlike these young punks like kaboom and harlequin
Oh and when you play your scrubby character against anyone, even noobs, everyone seems like they are good. Pull out your main though and you will see that they really aren't as good as you thought. Example; your guile versus my sim
Hahaha. that was a fun match since we both kinda sucked Its no fun playing with Cammy that much. I'm finding that i only play against 10 different people in friendlies over and over again. Volt seems kinda slow these days Its okay...i really don't play much anymore.
I think Ono said something about SFA a while ago, so I think that they will make SFA4 before SFV. Right now I hope for updates/new versions (SFxTK Volt and SSFIV Volt?) or SFIII Online Edition. I'm sure that they released that Dojo app because something big is coming!!
Between playing off/off for a decent stretch and also playing SFxT (to a lesser extent), I'm now addicted to his spear and think it is his best normal by far. If you're not abusing it, you need to start IMO. The problem is that with off/off, doing cr. k x flame is ridiculously hard.
