Getting out of pressure vs Nash's Cody is almost impossible
At least Cody's cr.MK will avoid Zonk with the right timing.

    Video time!

So here I have a variety of different resets. (Descriptions in each vid). My question for you guys, is which resets do you think have potential? Or do they seem too gimicky? Do you have a favourite? Would you want to know more about these and see a more in-depth video in the future? Other comments? Rude hand gestures?

Dashing under the opponent with the Cody reset is useless. You're giving your opponent enough time to understand what you're going to do. Also, after that reset you don't have many options available since Cody normals don't have good range.

Actually, the biggest limitation for that 'reset' would be that midscreen it works on 2 characters... I guess you could setup an EX Zonk or Ex Ruffian afterwards.

Alternatively you can crouch after it and have them fall back over you or you can just do the one crossover for a better range.

Also, gg on our set. I was so annoyed my Sakura ex tatsu, ex tatsu, ultra didn't land. I think I did it a bit too early

What about cr.MK instead of dash?
Yup, GGs. I don't even know how to use Gief and I was able to beat you in some rounds. Too damn OP.

For other characters try cr.LP (resets), cr.MK. Safe against SRK and such, and also good distance for throw/RK.

    The low tier.
Nice resets, HR. I actually like the Balrog one the best, because I would have never guessed he could do that.

The big problem with all the corner resets is that they don't really work b/c 95% of people know something is happening, but they don't know what, so they just panic mash. I find that resets are best outside of the corner, when people are more likely to try and block. People just get in that corner and panic.

You can counter most reversals (also ultras) by doing vortex with the right timing after the reset. At least with Viper it works really well against her "SRK".

When I see that the opponent is doing a combo, I just don't do anything at all, hoping for a failed attack or something. Kaboom knows how to exploit that xD

It all depends on the opponent, sometimes I deliberately drop a combo just to see if they mash. Then once u know what they are likely to do, u can just counter it somehow.

For example Rad_Slasher my friend loves to jump out of pressure, not a bad idea since jumps are fast in volts. Sometimes against him I will just wait there with an uppercut after dropping a combo ;)

I was also playing random, but when I played as Makoto the buttons stopped working for some damn reason, mostly the FA, so after that match I started to play silly :p
    Anyway, GGs.

Thanks for the input. With the corner ones, it's pretty much coin flip which side you'll land one. It depends on both characters and other small things. It's just an ambiguous cross up that I hope make people 2nd guess themselves for a second

Cammy and Rog are the best of them. Doing stuff on corner is kind of a bet (as you said before) and Cody's doesn't have any potential IMO.

Cammy's is kind of fancy. Does it work on all characters?

Gg kb. But I was having issues with input lag, like when I missed that those hits with rog ultra after headbutt.
