To be honest I want to avoid double elimination, because it's pretty hard to manage and a lot of stuff could be wrong. But also I wanna know what players think and what do they want.
Well, I have no qualms about handing out losses if people can't make their matches. Since it would be TA only, I don't expect more than 20 people anyway

They neer bother trying to combo into something retarded for shits and giggles. I know for a fact that Poongko can definitely do something like that. XD Srk, neatral jump light kick reset. Like, only time I ever saw an awkward joke combo.
I thought stelios and Sun stopped RQing? Given how bad competition is in Volt sometimes, it sucks when good players leave like that after only one match.

Hey Harle. Thanks for the invite. I was set to play one more friendly before getting ready for work but I couldn't resist a set of 5. It was definitely spiky on my end but no big deal. I felt like you would have shown me some fancier combos without it, and I would have connected my bnb's more consistently, but they were still more fun than 90% of friendlies. My Abel is so rusty. I've tried re-learning Sim over the last few weeks and the play styles are just so different. The one time I tried Abel it was ugly. I'll have to get back into playing him a bit. Your Guile is still awesome. I'm on most days at that time (7-8 American EST) so invite me anytime. Thanks again man.
Fancy combos?! I was just trying not to die! I picked guile in the last one because I was expecting sim. Guile v Abel is pretty unfair imo. So you're usually online around this time? On any other weeknight, I'm going to sleep around now! Gotta love them early morning games before work though
Haha. I hear ya but I set the bar pretty high for you based on past experience. You always keep me on my toes. I think that particular time frame is my favorite for competition. I always manage to run into a few good players in friendlies. Lave a little Volt to get me worked up for the day.
So I played this guy called 'ryu' (with a bunch of symbols before and after the letters). My guile vs his Ryu (duh). I felt like he was trolling me, so I beat him and win quit. I come back later to posts on my page protesting his innocence that he didn't rq. I love it
He's not bad. I've played him a lot in that time frame early in the morning EST. I've beaten him a lot and still have a bunch of those reps saved. On one occasion, I just didn't play well and he beat my Abel 5-0. Within a few minutes he posted one of the replays, making sure to mention that he beat me 5-0. I thought that was poor form. He generally declines matches at the Vs. screen against my Sim if I recall correctly.
