If they quit late enough, you get the full matches in the RQ replay. The RQ replay is pretty buggy. I played through arcade after doing it once. The CPU just stood there and didn't do anything. I can't remember if they had autoblock or not. Amusing find with the replay. Just a small bug, but wow, Volt is full of bugs... Since I can't download replays (at work), how did Yun parry the EX Hadouken? Focus once, backdash, focus again?
Nope, I did a FA near Ryu (not next to him) and he did an EX Hadoken almost when I was about to finish the FA (I kept holding FA till Level 3). Yun absorbed one hit and when he made the punch animation the fireball passes through him. I'm assuming that when Yun makes the punch, he moves a little forward, so the fireball can pass him without landing on him. Also that makes me wonder if all characters (or at least a few of them) can actually parry 2 hit fireballs with a FA under certain circumstances.
If it's only one pixel, the FB will deal more than double health points left, so it will kill you I always thought that FA had something special, like Cross Cancel leaving at least 1 HP. Nice find!
Ok I took a break from studies and say: why not Volt for just a few? Met this įKyLLiN dude, pretty awesome Abel very aggressive with pressures. He uses the forward kick just like I do! Now I wonder who the best Abel is on the server? I think it was NYC but now since he retired I m thinking between Xion or this guy. Xion has an insane Abel reaction with ex falling sky... I don't think I can ever Anti-Air consistently with ex falling sky!
That is the trick I used to get my 6min Grueling arcade completion If a RQ rep is saved and you are on player 1 side back in the game, it will take u to arcade mode. It will also give u an indication whether the player had AG on I posted quite a lot of reps trolling on dummy CPUs with the name of the quitter using this trick. Since they think they can RQ without any evidence left, so can I post a double perfect rep with their names on
Killyin is a pretty good Abel. No idea who the best Abel is. The only ones that have given me trouble are Killyin and Snooper'
I've played a mirror match with Killyin. He's pretty much a beast with Abel, but he relies too much on resets. Too bad Abel doesn't have any good reversal or something to counter himself...
Doing the Guile throw thing on a replay against Abel will give some weird results. I'm gonna test if another characters do other weird things.
I've beaten Killyin's Abel with Ryu and Cammy. He relies on too many resets so eats a lot of uppercuts. The only Abel that's given me issues is Shoryutofu. He goes by many aliases but he has the best Abel by far for me. He also has the 2nd best Gief I've ever played.
I don't think I'm the best, but I'd say my Abel's pretty solid. I beat App, but that's not really saying much.
Yeah. My Ryu/Ken/Fei got beat up bad. I don't remember if I brought Cammy out but you'd probably beat her easily too. Shoryutofu for me was the best though....I mean really good and disciplined. My Ryu couldn't take a round .
BN really needs to have a better filter or a ranking system for replays. People upload so much trash that just gets in the way.
He was one of DD's founders, one of the best Akumas at that time. I'm not sure if he still plays, but his style is awesome with zero use of spamming. The only way to see good replays is either follow certain players or searching by downloaded times. The first one isn't a guarantee of good replays and the second is tedious. I'd like to see BN disappear, TBH. Only keep the replay stuff and let people to comment replays to have an idea of what's going on before downloading.

hi there! im new.. sort of.. i've been lurking around the forum for quite sometime already. i was invited by Jibba to join here a year ago when i was still using a japanese GC. i main makoto.. play a bit of cammy and yun.. im still learning though and hope to improve my game (coz i suck lol) im glad to see a bunch of people here who still plays and enjoys this game as much as i do. nice to know that im not the only one who is hooked.
