Very nice! There is no way to slow down that video is there? It happens so quick that I can't see the button presses. Why don't you ever use blanka?
I can email you the video and you can slow it down (or I can email a slowed down version). I recently completed 200 ranked matches with Blanka. I'm not too bad at him; i got like 65% winrate. That's why I spent some time finding some setups for him. I'm always happy to share my setups/safe jumps/whatever findings.
Hell! You've already taught me a ton of new stuff, tech stuff but all new to me! I'd love to do some mirror matches sometime or see how you do against my deejay (he sucks but it's a tough match for blanka).
how do u NOT get a rainbow roll when u do charge -> surprise forward? I tried that, always seem to get a rainbow roll no surprise forward... dash forward ultra seems a lot easier to perform too bad it doesn't go over opponents...
He's such a mess. He beat me in the first round when I was screwing around. After the first round the screen went black for a minute or two. I think he was trying to get me to quit. I waited and the second round finally started. I demolished him and he RQ. He didn't even wait for the 3rd round.
This whole game is a mess. When people beat me, they actually post replays...who the hell posts replays of beating up on 0bp players
LOL HaroldsKingdom... whenever I see that that account popping up I will just pick Viper and troll him back. he only picks 2 characters: Bison or Guile. No need to state that Viper can be such a nightmare for a lame Guile like him, when he picks Bison I will just knock him down and SJC BK on him all day coz he is such a teleport lover with the right timing on BK his ultra or any other reversal won't auto-correct chance of him quitting after round1 = 100%
other than the fact that surprise forward can hop over opponents, why do we use it? I mean, the distance and speed of surprise/dash forward are so similar you can barely tell the difference other than Blanka making a noise while hopping.
I did exactly the same thing to that dude XD. I used to get confused between HarlequinRogue and HaroldsKingdom when I just played volt because of their names......
Something I just discovered with mooken's assistance: You can focus through more damage than you have health remaining. That is, it is possible to focus through a hit that would otherwise kill you. I don't know the boundries of this, but our quick test allowed ryu to focus through 10 more damage than life remaining. TenOnez, One of our Fei Long/Dhalsim matches inspired this test. You focused through a st p that I was sure would kill you.
Tiny bit of health left, focus dash through FB, ultra! A valid gamble coz a lot will want to chip u out once they see u with such pixel left on the health bar!
So I played with BxPope and after the second match he quitted after the K.O., right when the screen went black for the results screen. I went and I did the replay glitch hoping to save the match. After deleting the replay to start the glitch I was sent to arcade mode, with already time on the clock (I guess the time it took me to beat BxPope) and the CPU was doing nothing but using effing autoblock. I played the whole arcade (6 matches, counting BxPope as the first) and saved all the replays. When I went to watch them, all of them looked like an online match (using BxPope's ID and BPS). The time I did was recorded and actually was a new record. I'm wondering if this happened to someone before. Here's the RQ replay. It's the full match without replacing R2 with R1, for some reason: http://sf4iv-en.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20130501_18110543_438_CC6520CA_rpdata&d= Here's one of the glitched matches, against CPU Akuma: http://sf4iv-en.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20130501_18120501_532_CC6520CA_rpdata&d= Also, I figured while watching a replay that if you pause and skip to the next round at the moment when one character is bouncing in the floor by the effect of a normal throw, that character will be frozen at the beginning of the next round. If that player is Sagat he either will be frozen or 'falling' like if he jumped. Until now seems like it works only with Guile's throw. You can try it with this replay: http://sf4iv-en.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20130501_18120527_227_CC6520CA_rpdata&d= Bonus: Yun can parry an EX Hadoken at midscreen: http://sf4iv-en.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20130501_18120511_304_CC6520CA_rpdata&d=
I'm surprised he quit. I once took him 10-0, Cammy vs his Sagat and he took all the losses. Guess you really pissed him off. Hahaha
