Thanks for the matches rshkhsee - look into using guile's EX sonic booms a bit more, esp in mid-range. They're lightning quick, and esp if you start trading fireballs. Guile builds up meter real fast in general, so use em or lose em. Great anticipation on your jumping over projectiles!
well, so far playing vs yun is fun and easy. and if anyone wants to play 3k vega than try to add Stelios. to gc, quite interesting match.
I played him a few times, he mains Vega, but I don't recall having him DC me. If I'm not mistaken, his comment says something like "I'll be gentle". Here's one of the matches I had with him... So the icons are definetely all about complements! i think that at 50 you unlock the last ones! i have 33 and only 4 unlocked! but i have just 124/155 titles
I found something pretty cool when playing around with yun in the training room agaisnt: Abel, Honda, Fei long, Cody, Akuma and Makoto. If you get a focus crumple when theyre in the corner, BACKdash and palm, then shoulder then lunge punch. This is the highest damage combo you can get without meter or ultra in that situation. Against every other charcter the palm whiffs if you backdash, so the highest damage combo ive found for them is focus crumple-forward dash-palm-back+kick-lunge punch. Edit: its also just looks cool, as the palm doesnt actually touch them but they still get hit
I read where you said fei long has taught you about patience. I think its almost a good thing that they gave gei long some of his worst air attacks so that it forces you to stay grounded. Fei long is more of a footsies/punish character so thats what he wants to do anyway. I think I might start playing fei long if yun doesnt work out for me. Im still not going that well with him

Oh, I use Zangief. I'm trying to learn Yun and Fei Long, I think they can win against any character and they are very funny to play. But my Zangief win easily against any character but Dhalsim. For Honda and Akuma, only if they are very experienced (I can win against them, but Dhalsim is totally impossible).
I have almost no trouble against Zangief with Sagat. Hows that matchup for you. Oh and heres a match with one of the best dhalsims in Amercia and THE best Zangief in america Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel

Thanks, yeah I sometimes use that EX to punish after I block a move that puts them out of sweep range, but I need to use it more often. I've lately been trying to add the focus button to the mix too, but It looks alot better in training mode!
He DCs on me too. He took a real beating from me. I'm pretty sure the same thing happened with you Nullroar haha. I don't think he likes a decent competition.
