Japanese and lag: These guys are toooooo sensitive to lag... Being from US server I've gotten through hundreds of laggy ass matches so I'm rarely bothered by them! I've also played a tonne of good players under what I would call "minor lag" and what they + Japanese would call "MAJOR OMG SLIT MY WRISTS LAGGY LAGGY" matches. They need to get over it. Access to good players and communities in Volt: This isn't a new topic from me. Volt is a very social place, if you want access to better players you gotta be a cool and respectable player who brings something to the table (anywhere you go). Me & Nero were invited to QQ, the Chinese version of chatzy and found loads of amazing players! I bet you my bottom dollar when I come back I can (if I want) get involved with Japanese or the Korean HA crew. If you're constantly having trouble with whole groups rather than 1or2 individuals, that means you're doing something wrong, you gotta make a change to your social formula...if you get what I mean...
So when I upgraded, I lost my profile (reps, fans, messages, etc.). Any way to get it back? I assume not but figured it's worth asking.
to JP or not to JP? huh seems like any tiny bit of lag is not welcomed on the JPnese server... and I was still thinking about to get the JP app or not...? I assume when I m back to Taiwan connection should be fine with the JPnese, but now I m in the UK lol connection will be retarded what is all the beef about between Hungry App and TA? I have just played this dude called Happ_Die Bison/Guile who had 7k BP lol... any1 knows what the GCID was before he changed? I have to say lag is extremely frustrating sometimes... maybe coz I play Yun and we all know with his pathetic health/stun rate he can't drop too many combos and eat too many reversals... so yea I would be pretty pissed off too if ''I can tell from opponents' GCIDs that our matches are gonna be laggy'' glad that games with most of u guys here are fine, slight lag spikes sometimes but no big deal

This doesn't work that way. Volt has more active users than SFxTK, and it won't get any other update.
Unfortunately no. If you restore from your old backup, it might work. I doubt it though as it's a new device.
Do you still have the previous device with your profile? You can use iFunbox to copy the Documents folder from your previous device and paste it into your new device. That would work.
Open volt on old device. Press team ranking battle to go to BN upload the most recent changes. When you back up make sure you dont delete your chache and cookies from safari. Restore from backup your new device. Before openning volt enter your GCID and log in on GC or just make sure GC is logged in. Then download volt and enter in the app. Check you card all should be there. Press team ranking battle once more to make sure the new device is linked to your old account before you play online. Edit: If you didnt do this before, and went in volt on your new device BN will always link your account to the new one thats has the same stats, same name but is a different account If you didnt restore from backup and or deleted the cookies from you safari, your account will have zeros.
I was able to see my old profile when I restored but if was frozen and wouldn't updat. It also wouldn't allow me to upload replays, etc. oh well. Thanks man.

I'd love to play, if I had a newer device. With the phone inputs I imagine everybody does endless combos like genei jin. Are the matches free or is it still pay-for-play after the third loss?
So THAT'S his YouTube channel. I fought him in a set a week or so ago and he said he'd upload our set in two weeks, since we fought. Gotta keep my eye out for that.

He is a cool guy he doesnt only uploads his wins. I got him on palringo. He sometimes uploads full sets of games all in one video.
It was a good match! I made the wrong read Thought he was looking for a command grab -> ultra, was too confident about my read so I just did upkicks... nice bait that was! TheSexiness is a good Makoto for sure he deserves to upload those wins fighting him is hella fun coz we are both pretty aggressive and trying to open each other up. I was abusing dive-kicks too much lol a normal jump-in attack would've messed up his ultra timing... pro-tip: Never abuse ANY move too much coz you'll get predictable and eat ultras just like that
