Hey guys, here's a nifty little piece of Vega tech. He can duck under Bison's skull diver (the one that follows a head stomp) using cr. mk. It makes all normal skull divers miss, and can hit bison as well, with specific timing. It also ducks under both hits of EX skull diver, unless bison crosses up mid-air, then the second hit of the skull diver will connect.

I'm guessing that also lowers your hitbox and makes Tiger Knee whiff from a specific distance. Akuma's cr.mk has similar properties, and c.Viper to a lesser extent. Infiltration was abusing akuma's cr.mk to duck under c.viper's burn kicks against Latiff at SoCal Regionals.
