Difficulty doesn't affect the character's ability. I'm just talking about what the character can do, I'm not talking about how SP assist affects that. Reasons why Cody is bad: -Meter Dependent -Links to ultra aren't very good or reliable -Ultra is slooooooow -(EX) Zonk only seems OP against people who can't beat it. It can be grabbed, dodged, baited etc. -No good reversal. EX Zonk doesn't hit well and can lose out to things with better invincibility frames. EX Criminal Upper is a good reversal, it has a good hitbox and is throw invinc... but no other invinc. Both options are unreliable against safe jumps -Bad combos. Realistically, I hit the meaty corner ruffian maybe 1 match out of 20 (if that). -Bad backdash. Aka lose to gief on wakeup. Can't handle pressure at all -Bad range pokes. Only cr jab is fast enough to punish reliably. -Bad Super -Bad projectile. Being able to fake it is pretty good though. -No good pressure moves. stomach blow is gone, crack kick isn't as good, and there is no meterless followup to that. cr mk is pretty good but it has no followup -I've been told that Jaw Crusher is the 2nd best aa normal in AE. Sadly in volt, it's not that good. -Ultra doesn't have good priority. i.e. it isn't as good as U2 (Last Dread Dust). It can't be used to punish or beat other ultras effectively. tl;dr: Cody has all his weaknesses from AE with none of the benefits
Gg 3 chord! It's been a while since I've done semi random and it was fun. I felt like a noob in some of those matches including the blanka mirror I think the deejay v blanka match is in deejays favor, what do you think?

Lol. There are a couple characters I've never touched, makoto, Cody, and vega. Don't forget I'm not using sp assist so even if I knew the moves they are hard to pull off without practice. Oh thanks for posting the blanka mirror, that's what I get for not being serious /rollseyes
It sounds like you know what you're doing. But just to clarify -You need to be signed into GC -Need to be on wireless. It won't work over 3G/LTE -I have never seen the servers down -You shouldn't have to wait too long for a match. However sometimes what will happen is that the screen will go black, you will see the spinning logo and it won't connect. This is because of incompatibility issues or people just quitting before it connects. I hope this helps!

Team Points I am not really into TP or BP (been there before out of curiosity the hex edited dat file downloaded somewhere on the web BP and titles and icons-related only) Just want to clarify things up as I have noticed some players impossibly making 1K-10K TP in 10 minutes! Is this TP thing solely related via playing and winning online (frindlies or ranked), or does it have somehing to do also with manipulating the "mycard.dat" file inside th volt app folder? Ive seen few players who do it with ease until now( not that i want to do it also). I just wanna quench my thirst for info and curiousity. Coz doing that TP manipulation is just like fooling our ownselves. Thanks in advance for those who will shed insight. MORE POWER TO TOUCHARCADE!
Both are meaningless now and should just be ignored, that's why I play for fun now. People like batman have ruined the competitive aspect of the game for me with all his cheating. F#ck batman!

I know sp off gief from japan that plays like cyrus, sp on/off doesnt affect the tier list. Sp only affects how easy a character is to play. In AE viper is the hardest character to control, but she is still top tier acording to the matchups she has not on how easy she is to play. There is also no such thing as 720 motions. Sp off you can still tap ultra.
