Alucard is a very good multi character user. nwei, have you played Javier's ryu? Well, psychobrain is one of my bet in ryu. also apprunner has a decent ryu. hehe
There's almost zero rage quitting, so yes. Volt is crazy with all the quitting. With Sim I have 8 wins and 19 disconnects. A couple may have been legit connection drops but a huge majority were rage quits. And I haven't played many low BP players. For example, I just lost a match to Pumperr8472. He wouldn't give a rematch (nobody does) but we got matched up again right away. I smoked him and his 2500 BPs and he rage quit. By the way, it's so hard getting back into Volt. I am so damn rusty after two months off.
I'm going to stick with it to see if I can get back to my old form again but this game makes me so salty. I just lost to tayhs2, then easily won the rematch once I got his Bison's style down, only to have him rage quit. WTF!! By the way, what's up man? Is chatzy still alive?
All Sagat had to do is high FB and st HK in the Yun match up... After all those effort putting him down with mix ups and pressure all he needs is one right guess on that uppercut FADC kick ultra =''= Master Tenz! When do u know u can continue to press? When to back off a bit!? I think my Yun is ok in terms of applying pressure can get a life lead against most match ups but sometimes I just dunno when to back off and eat reversals
I downloaded the game and it's awesome in offline multiplayer. Just have a question with online multiplayer. If I'm lagging like hell, is the other player experiencing the same thing as well? I played with someone and his game is spectacular. I have no idea how he fights through the lag with all those combos. :| Or am I missing any tips for online play to make my game better?
He was giving me trouble when I played him a few days ago, but that wasn't really because of him. Alucard's never been hard for me to beat unless he plays Bison. But I've been in an awful funk these last few days where I feel like I'm playing on autopilot and not paying attention to the match. It seems like in half of my recent friendly matches I've ended up just trolling the opponent for funsies. And then whenever I've been matched with one of the really good players I know, I just cannot get my head in the game. I'm hoping if I just take a break for a little while I'll be able to come back strong, because if this shit keeps up I'll feel terrible about myself.
I happily reset my account, and there are a lot less disconnects, haha. or maybe playing friendlies would have a better chance of running into players with better sportsmanship.
For many un-timed crossups it works to jump before being hit, cause the character often goes in a non-juggle state and if the opponent keeps going you can even free punish. I do it for light and medium based crossups often. However, Yun's is so locked to the ground because of that dive kick, there's simply no time to jump. To be fair with kaboom, divekick wasn't the only thing: I got more than a couple of palms in the face yesterday.
I just can't stand the rage quitters of this game. There's a guy who uses Honda who always disconnects.
check you internet connection, reset your phone before playing online and or if your opponent has a very low connection it will lag. I have many many many games that have no lag at all.
Jeez, what I don't need first thing in the morning after a late night is to go up against you Ken^2. Eurgh.
Hey guys! Is there a prob w Volt being played on the ipod touch 4th gen? And is the lag usually this bad nowadays?!
The lag depends on a lot of things during online play, mainly connection. If you can play offline well and your connection is better than vietnam internet, it should be fine for online
Well the lag I can understand since I'm not new to this, however the random drops where it seems like the ipod touch just goes to the home screen is something I've experienced a few times online. Is this something that everyone experiences? Only 4th gen users experience? Or is this just me
GGs Harle, even with the choppy connection. I guess Abel's ultra beats Chun's. never knew that. Anyway, thanks for the invite. Sucks that the connection didn't stick.
Having issues all over the place. Couldn't connect to Alex because he's on iOS 5. YD's internet is being chewed up, and that awkward connection with you. So far, I've seen Chun ultra get beaten by Blanka slide, abel ultra and zonk knuckle. And I thought it had some of the best invinc frames
Wtf, TenOnez. Why you so good? You make Yun seem overpowered. I can't handle all the mix ups sjdnxkkdjdk
