    X) Throws are unblockable too! And even focus attacks, and EX Seismic Hammer. Just try it near the end of the match! It's unblockable! Near the end of the match.

As someone pointed out before, autoblock means it won't work in volt. If you time it exactly right, you can get a safe jump though, but we are talking being able to wait 2 frames.

Also keep in mind frame data between AE and volt is slightly different.

I'd love someone to find some new tech like this in volt, but I don't think these crazy unblockables exist

U2 kaboom! Yeah I could feel that something was a little different, normally your viper gives me way more trouble. So does your Cody, but you never used him, so I was a little relieved. *whew*

Also guys check out this replay of me and TenOnez. A lot of our matches were close like this, but this was the only one I managed to pull out a win with. Also, can anyone say "stuck in the corner for 99 seconds?" :/

Ok, I think Akuma should be easy. He has about 12 different air attack methods.
Including cross ups, and not ex moves.

Do you understand how the unblockables work? Someone linked to vesper arcade's vid where he explained it very well

Looks like Hieu has found the real deal. At max range, ex hammer is unblockable.

Hieu has a video but I also did experiments myself.

First, I tried with Viper myself against Ryu comp, with block set to 'all' and both standing and then crouching.

Second I recorded Viper doing EX Hammers and I was Guile and I tried to crouch block.

Props to hieu to finding this. Hopefully a more experienced Viper player can test this properly (Moo? Capt?) and see if there are any combo possibilities after. I'm also looking to squall to see if he can dig out some data about it.

I will keep doing some testing to see if I can uncover something

Again, props to hieu for an awesome discovery!

    Edit:
    - seems like that you have a few pixels margin of error. Greater than I expected.
    - in the corner, EX Hammer, (meterless) FADC, mp thunder knuckle connects...
    - works on all chars
    - spacing is backdash from starting positions or stand next to ppp, super jump back and take a tiny step back
    - this exists in vanilla too

wow is this why i always get people with ex hammer when far away
I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS UNBLOCKABLE after all this time. I always thought it was catching people off guard.

The perfect finish move if opponent is cornered (unblockable) ex hammer, bk, ultra
and if not cornered (unblockable) ex hammer, sjc, ex thunder knuckle

apparently you can connect to SJC BK if the opponent is cornered... then walk forward a little, ultra...

    seems extremely OP to me...

Yeah I do, I saw on srk forums long bfore this.

In vanilla, it was hitting the person during the ultra animation, cause they couldn't block during those frames that they gave the surprised look. So, fireball, then ultra. Not in ios version though. Now, in the newer versions when they fixed that, it would be an air attack, that makes it so, you walk one way, you get hit, and the other, and you get hit, the only way to actually block it correctly, is to just tap the block thingy, or use autoblock. It's quite hard to block an unblockable, unless you have great timing.

Ahhahahahahahahaha, shit. I thought hieu was trolling. Holy, hieu, you're a freakin' genius. :)

Uggggh, already extremely op to me. She has sjc on her pokey moves, so she can play safe, good damage specials, weird fireball, good range on her projectile.
Only thing she's missing is her really great overhead, that is either 0 frames after, or you can combo after overhead, I'm not sure.

And you can combo into here ultra too easy. Cough s.lp sjc ultra cough.

    Does too much damage too.

oh hell no that is not easy. takes practice to do that. all other characters have easier links to ultra, except guile and blanka. Viper has alot of ways to land ultra, probably the character with most ways to do so, BUT her easiest ones are: (no need timing for these ones)

    (diagonal) j.hp, bk, ultra
focus crumple, back dash, jump + bk, ultra
    ex hammer, sjc, h.tk, ultra
(corner) ex hammer, mid tk, ultra
    ex tk, ultra

all the other ways require timing, spacing and fast fingers. only the ones above are easy.
