lol Its either your reflexes or lag. Most likely lag, your probably just blocking according to whats going on on screen, You gotta block premptively online. I saw that too, god Australia. Why wasn't I born there. By the way the girl was Michelle Jeneke, a 19 year old bombshell who looks like she's 25 and is known for her "Special" warm-up dances Did I mention that shes a hurdler champion?
Definitely just slow reaction, this used to happen to me all the time until I started expecting it and planning for it. But what really gets me is some of the cross-ups. It seems like there are jumping moves that hit behind you, but if you block forward like you're supposed to they still hit you. And if I block backwards, they get blocked, the opposite of what it should be. In AE they'd be "fake cross-ups," moves that are ambiguous so you can't tell which side they're hitting on, but in this game they are very clearly hitting behind you, but still registering as in front of you. Like the game is giving you a fake cross-up without you trying. That's what it seems like to me, anyway. I can't tell you how many times I've blocked forward on an obvious cross-up only to be hit anyway, and block backwards on a cross-up and have it work. If it's a true block string, I don't even need to switch block directions once they're on the ground, I stay in block even if I'm holding the direction that's now towards them.
Thanks, that actually helped. I used to hunt Gohadokens and jump in, and wait for projectiles to use that underrated EX Ruffian Kick. Seriously... I haven't seen that playing online. Anyway... Just 4 characters left (Viper, Chun Li, Yun and Dhalsim), and I think Cody is my fourth best time beating arcade *Celebrates that with real tacos*.
lol. and neither was I salty or anything I didn't know replying nowadays already means being insecure If there's anyone here who hasn't changed it's you. lol. first to 5 for fun?
Yo, speaking of me sucking, I just downloaded SFxT mobile. Doing pretty well against other noobs so far, but just got my ASS handed to me by a dhalsim player. Anyone know a good strategy against Dhalsim jumpers, the kind that only jump, warp, and do air punches? I'm playing Ryu x Kazuya.
All from our 2nd favourite buddy Radical Slasher. I love it when people rq on you and then blame you and start accusing you. Radical Slasher aside, I still run into quite a few quitters on Jap server. Maybe its one of those nights...
lol was it a Guile mirror? You really should just let the guy win. I guarantee he'll start being a lot more friendly.
Ggs? Tenonez. I'm beginning to think that every character you play is a 15-0 match up. you win 15 out of 10 matches...I'm beginning to suspect you're an AI
Not 100%, but pretty sure it doesn't The thing is, even grueling shin akuma, which reads your inputs and never drops combos is beatable. TenOnez is even harder
