There's a few nice cross-ups with cr.mk/cr.lp/cr.hp > SJC > air burn kick. With the cr.mk and cr.hp versions, you'll need to leave just a bit of airtime before going air burn kick, but you can definitely burn them on the other side. edit: you can also Seismo, SJC, FADC, st.lp, wait, cross-up air burn kick to hit them from the other side.
my GCID is the same here I remember tons of Akuma doing jump back fireballs and teleports for easy wins on my early volt-ing days. Outta all I even received 2 mails saying how I suck so bad... etc (back in my 1k BP days) The same happened on my early AE days too, I mained Guy, a character that requires a lot of work to learn and play (weird and floaty jump arcs, needs to stay close in but no real safe pressure tool). And again, ppl playing those noob friendly characters taunt me every time I pick Guy. just like Tenz said, those ppl are ''unavoidable''... The only solution is, learn!!! now that I have 2k PP with my B class Guy on AE and almost 3k BP in volt, I can surely tell you that learning match ups will help a lot if you have any match up difficulties using a particular character AND against a particular character, post it up and we can help!
Actually, I learned my Cody from nash too. He is an amazing player. Btw, my cody really has hard time against Zangief. Any suggestion?
No, cr hp xx SJC, air burn kick. cr.hp, cr.lp, cr.mk can all be cancelled into SJCs. That's what lets you pull off cr.hp xx SJC xx Ultra. No need for the seismo feight in between.
Yea but that would be a cross over and not a reset. What i think should be fun to try is After any hammer, meterless fadc, crouch lp or stand lp and then sjc (while your oppenent reset your in the air. I dont know if this gives enough time for a crazy setup. Or maybe you mean that you can dash under without a fadc on that reset harlequin posted, so in other words its 2 meterless fadc in that setup. (I think this last sentece is what mooke. Is trying to say.) After any close up hammer, meterless fadc, stand lp, meterless fadc (dash under)
This guy is such a tool, which makes this one of the best stories I've seen during the 16+ month existence of this thread. The fact that his name is umessagementalkilaugh, combined with the fact that he's constantly messaging people to whine, is hilarious.
I'm not sure if anyone already mentioned this since I'm slowly crawling through a week's worth of this thread, but Photobucket also has an img link which already has the img tags included.
SJC a normal? I'll have to look into that. But as capt points out, that's more ofs mixup than a reset Yeah, mooken, mentioned that you don't even need meter to do (ex) seismo, dash cancel, st jab, dash under. It works on Ryu so I'm guessing it would work on most of the cast Nash developed his Cody style from the Japanese server where they use a lot of zonk knuckles rather than combos, usually trying to hold multiple zonks. From what I heard you play a similar style to that which Hazur3 developed first. Against zangief, the matchup is quite tough. You need to zone him effectively so throw rocks and use ruffian kick/criminal upper as anti air when they jump in. St k is a decent long range poke. Keep in mind ex criminal upper is grab invinc so it makes a nice wakeup option.
http://sf4iv-jp.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20120120_14450137_203_751E7AE1_rpdata&d= Holy shit at this cammy, instant dive kick after a jump kick. (Change language to japanese)
Shoo showed me a similar replay like that a while ago. I think shoo is the only cammy on US server that can do that
Welcome P0lly. Your name sounds familiar, although I've only played Volt about 5 times since SFxT was released. Screw him. I've only played a handful times in the last few months so when I do return, I suck pretty badly. Who cares? It's frustrating to lose to people I know I should beat, but it's just a game and I'm comfortable knowing that I don't care too much about a game. Anyway, welcome to TA.

I haven't seen the replay but I'm sure alucard21 can do it, he did a combo like that on me. Of course it can only be done with sp assist on
